Stunning Beachfront Condo - Ocean View Balcony, Pool + Beach Access

It was an amazing place!!! Our family wanted to move into it!! Very clean! Just for 5 people and 2 bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom was not enough.. we thought there would be more. But other than that, it was perfect!

Host was great. Responded almost immediately. Beachfront view was perfect!

The condo property was perfectly located near the beach. The pool was convenient and plenty of space for our family. The depth of the pool at 8ft was concerning for our younger kids, but something we managed through. Our room was decent. The views of the beach and the layout of the kitchen were the highlights. We were informed on the day of our arrival that the washer was broken. During our stay, the washer remained out of order and created multiple, unforeseen trips to laundromats. The host / guest services was very communicative about the washer and helped provide fresh linens. We like to cook and eat in during vacations and the utensil and cookware was sparse for our larger family. The door would only remain closed when locked and was a safety concern. Lastly, the beach is near the tail end of motor beach traffic, which we were aware of, but the motorists we encountered were not as aware of their surroundings as we thought they would be, creating anxiety when our kids crossed from the ocean back to our tent. This condo would be appropriate for adult couples with older teens, but wouldn’t recommend with any young children.

The door lock was very touchy! Also no sharp knifes and only a few plates!

Very nice condo. Excellent location. Beautiful ocean views. Perfect pool area. Downside was not having more the two parking spots. We had to have visitors park about a mile away and go pick them up so they could just join us for dinner. Also, kitchen was pretty sparse. I did read reviews before going so I stocked up on paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. However, didn’t purchase serving spoons or cooking utensils. Those supplies were very limited. But overall we enjoyed our stay there very much and would rent it again!

The condo is aging but clean. Great location—the place really works with older kids. (If you’ve got littles, try to find a ground floor option for easier access to the pool/beach.) Pretty bare bones: bring beach towels (they have everything else you’d need for the beach, including boogy boards in the outdoor closet). Bring shampoo/shower soap and washing machine detergent if you want to do laundry. They have coffee filters, but bring your own pods or ground coffee. Of course, you’ve got to stock your own food (they have salt and pepper and cooking oil and some other odds and ends that others have left).

This condo made for the perfect getaway; the views from the balcony and expansive patio doors are stunning. We made a point of being up earlier enough to see every sunrise. The large kitchen allowed for large happy hour charcuterie spreads. The grounds were immaculate and location superior. Overall, a great value!

Very clean spacious and beautifully decorated condo. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We were greeted with beautiful sunrises every morning. We hope we will be able to stay again, but for longer.We did have problems with not being able to get the dishwasher to work and the ice maker froze up, but that was probably operator error.

Beautiful condo with a fabulous ocean view. Would definitely stay again. Did have issues with the door access code, but after a phone call and codes changed a few times it finally worked. Access codes that were given to the beach were incorrect as well but there was updated codes in the paperwork left inside the condo

Didn’t have access to the pool was given the wrong code! Very cheap with the soap didn’t even have any hand soap to wash my hands

Beautiful view from balcony and living room.

The condo was stunning both inside and out, offering a breathtaking view from the balcony that truly elevated our experience. While there were a few minor signs of wear—such as scuffed baseboards and a crack in the sliding door’s glass—they didn’t affect our stay at all. The beach was gorgeous, and the spare bedroom was a perfect fit for our three teenage boys. However, we did encounter issues with a downstairs neighbor who repeatedly confronted and threatened minors, which makes this complex less ideal for families with teenage boys. Despite that, we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was great we like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was great. The view of the beach each morning while having coffee was such a plus. It’s very quiet which is wonderful as well as great pool and beach access. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but that was a small tick on an overall great stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very well decorated, wonderful beach view!

Well stocked condo in a nice building. Close to the busy restaurant area but still far enough away that the beach was quiet in front of the building. Pool was warm. Everyone we met was so nice!

Very nice & clean condo. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Bedrooms are small but most beach condos are. Beds are comfortable. Had an issue with keyless entry and pigeons trying to next in balcony closet. Management was very responsive. The Pelican complex is very well maintained. It would have been nice to have a bathroom poolside. Rather surprised complex doesn't have that. Pelican is a great location close to shops and Flagler Ave. We will stay again.

This place needs some work but could be wonderful with investment. I am not sure whether it is owned by a rental agency or an individual, but it could use some updates. Some of the ceiling lights were not functioning, and the sliding door was cracked; instead of fixing it, they simply put up a note stating that it had been reported. The ceiling lights in the guest bedroom were not working, and the ceiling fan needs to be replaced. Overall, the property is in a great location, and the complex appears very well maintained, but it would greatly benefit from some updates to this unit.

The condo was perfect for our family! It was extremely clean and provided a ton of space. The pool was great and loved being right on the beach. The code to the condo stopped working at one point and they sent over a maintenance worker to fix it right away. Other than that we had no issues and would definitely stay again.
