Great location and fun property

Our stay was great, everything as expected. It's a beautiful condo with amazing views even got to watch the airshow from the balcony. Worked out very well for our family. Would definitely consider renting again in the future. 10 out of 10.

We stayed there for Month of Feb 26. Property was as described. Corner location and view was ideal. Location was convenient to Pier Park and a host of other shopping and dining places. Any questions we had of the host was addressed promptly. Property was clean and well stocked with our needs. Would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others.

Excellent condo with huge bathrooms and plenty of room to relax. Beautiful deck view and beach!

The Condo was in good condition. Perfect Beach time with family. We did cook a couple of meals during our stay so, would recommend having extra paper towel and dishwasher soap. Overall, a great stay and location.

From start to finish this was the very best place I’ve ever taken my Grand girls on a beach vacation. Easy to rent. Easy to check in. Easy to park and ver convenient to the beach. Hands down great place to stay. We cooked every morning and evening with a Winn Dixie just down the street. The girls loved the accommodations and so did the Mrs and me. The beds were comfy and atmosphere perfect! Thank you so much for letting us stay with you there in 1601!!!

We had an amazing time. The condo complex was amazing and the condo was perfect for our group of 10. The walk ability to the pier and pier park was greatThe owners were amazing and helpful with any questions and fast to get back with us. We would love to come back again!

The condo was perfect. It was very homey and well taken care of. The space was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host was very responsive, friendly and quick to answer questions. The condo was very well kept and we will book again. If you visit during busy season be prepared to wait during the check -in process and for the elevator. No fault of the owner but the one working elevator made for long waits when trying to get to the room.

This was an awesome time in PCB. The property was clean and well maintained and as described in the listing. Everything went great and the host was great at communicating and answering questions. I would recommend this property for sure. After you book and arrive, enjoy the powder sand beach a few steps away!

When we first checked in our code wasn't working. I got ahold of Paula and it was taken care of right away! She was amazing! Couldn't ask for a better Property Manager to work with. The condo was exactly as described. It had everything that you have been could possibly need down to sand toys and extra folding chairs. Thank you Paula for sharing your condo with our family! There were 8 of us in the unit....it was a GREAT layout and worked VERY well for our family! The unit was neat and clean...and nicely decorated! Check in was easy! Paula answered all our questions! We would stay again!!

Great place. Only bad thing was heavy winds interfered with one of the elevators and the automatic doors.

Thank You so much for allowing me and my family to call your home ours for the week. When we arrived, we were able to check right in the room was very clean and the view was outstanding. There was plenty of room for my family to stay. Thank you again for sharing your home with my family I would definitely stay here anytime I'm in town.

We used the condo for a weekend in PCB with another family and our four kids. The condo was perfect! It was in a great location and had a great layout. Paula was super helpful and quickly responded to questions.

This condo is amazing. It was clean and very spacious. We normally stay at the other end of PCB, but being in walking distance to Pier Park was nice. It was me, my husbannd, my parents, my 17 year old son, and 3 of this friends. This condo was perfect.

Was having a wonderful time but had to leave 3 days early due to approaching hurricane, Helene. Would rent again
