    Great location, but it is a very busy location next to the Belmont Park. Close walking to beach and food. Has lots of kitchen dishes for kids and adults so it was easy to cook. Appreciated the large bottles of soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent. It is family friendly but has a lot of stairs. It doesn’t have AC but we knew that going in. It was a very pretty view on the top deck and if you walk across the street you can see fireworks from Seaworld. I would book again.

    Stay was great and good location. Huge recommendation to reorganize kitchen. It was a mess to cook and find things. Tons of duplications of items and most old. Not organized. Suggestion is to get rid of half the items, make sure in good condition and organize it. Example there are 2 knife blocks on counter and then tons of knives in the drawer. I have a rental myself and know the importance of feedback. We had a great time

    The place is a little older, and there were several ageissues; however, for the most part, it is a wonderful place to stay. I have used VRBO many times, and we also have vacation rentals through VRBO; rarely do we have to call the management company; they were a little distant, and communication was not always clear, but the individuals who came by to address the property issues were excellent, and very personable.

    Everything was as advertised. 120 yards from the beach with a view of the surf. We could look at Belmont Park. Easy to get to tourist attractions like Sea World and the Zoo. Pretty quick to downtown or the La Jolla Beach’s. If you are looking this far into the property, just do it.

    The property was as described with plenty of room. It had all the necessary amenities. It was nice to have beach towels and boogie boards to use. The only thing the unit could add is bikes for the guests.

    My family loved staying at this home. Walking distance to just about everything. The condo was clean and ready to go. The bbq is in need of a replacement as there are large rusty holes where the flame comes out. We still made it work for dinner. I would definitely recommend it.

    The location is perfect right by the beach and walkable to Belmont park and restaurants. The home was perfect in terms of amenities, cleanliness and location. Only drawback is a small garage, you cannot fit a large suv. A definite recommend.

    PROS:1. Beautiful location/view stunning sunsets w/o anyone in front of you! 2. Lovely layout w/ comfy beds and NICE recliners 3. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, kids toys and umbrella 4. Close to so many things walking distance. This deck offers you quite a bit of privacy from neighbors! CONS: We live on acreage in Northern CA so very quiet. The NOISE was the toughest part. The condo is in flight path, so airplanes started around 615am , scattered throughout day and they continued until 1115pm some nights. Top floor where master/living room is hears it the most. Then 2x we had LOUD dumpstes and street sweepers at 7am...It got to be comical because people WERE NOT the problem...If you don't mind early morning and late night wakeups you are fine! This truly was the only drawback for us.:)

    The location was nice and clean. However, nothing worked. The Internet didn’t work. The dish washer was broken. Multiple outlets didn’t work and there were electrical issues. We tried to get someone to help us but the communication took a very long time and ultimately they were not able to fix anything.
