Stunning 3 BR in prime Chicago location

Great place. I grew up a mile away and it was great being back in my old neighborhood. Just be prepared to hear the L train every 10-15 minutes go by. Helped me sleep but others might be more sensitive (they provided ear plugs too).

The location is convenient and there is lots of space. There was a bug issue, so you don’t want to leave anything out in the kitchen and they are crawling on the bathroom walls. I was not a fan and we didn’t spend much time at the place because of it. Hopefully that’s fixed for the next person.

Had a great stay, would stay again.

It was exactly as described. Perfect location for our purposes. Comfortable for three old guys going to a couple of ballgames. Neighborhood restaurants and bars were great. We used public transit. No car rental necessary.

as a recent previous reviewer stated the place isn’t in the best shape. I don’t think I would’ve minded as much if it wasn’t described as a stunning and luxurious apartment. It absolutely isn’t. It’s average but also a little beat up. For me the biggest thing is he mentioned close to the railway, what wasn’t mentioned is it runs about 50 feet behind the unit!!! It’s loud and maybe I’m a light sleeper but was woken up both mornings around 5 AM as the trains started to run.

We liked that it was close to many things and in a nice neighborhood. But the cleanliness needs to be way better along with doing some better up keep. The fooseball table we couldnt use because it had no ball. The tv remote didnt work at all, we used an app. Furnace filter grill hanging off the wall, no smoking sign had fallen off the wall & you could see where they painted around it. Just seems like its a cash cow for a not very well maintained home. The beds were ok not real comfortable. Dryer trap was full of lint and took 3 cycles to dry clothes even after cleaning it out..

This place is in a great location. Nice accommodations. Great proximity to the train station and DePaul University. Will definitely stay here again!

This was exactly the space my friends and I needed for our trip to Chicago. Easy access to transportation, nearby restaurants, nice neighborhood in general, and enough space for all of us. The amenities were good, too, and all easy to find. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Plenty of room for the family! Beds were very comfortable. It was great having a garage parking spot and staying at a location that was easily walkable to our plans. Close proximity to picking up the train, if needed.

Sam had great communication throughout the process. Great space and able to walk anywhere throughout Lincoln park safely. The L train is around the corner for ease to get downtown - is loud if your not used to white noise but we all slept through it. Plenty of free parking spots up front but we opted for the garage space attached to property which was great and reasonably priced. Would stay again!

This is a great location in Chicago. And it’s a great property. Parking is free and close; just practice your parallel parking.

The house was as described, great neighborhood, close to many great places to get food, dine out or just have it brought to you. Close to everything! The house has a lot of charm and character and a backyard fire pit to enhance it's charm. Great mornings on the sunny back porch. The house comes well equipped and is very spacious. Sam was excellent to work and communicate with. Would definitely rent again.

Nice place in a very convenient location. Great space, with all the stuff you might need. The L is really close, but it was not overwhelming loud.

The condo is in a great neighborhood and street parking is very easy. The train tracks are in the back but wasn’t a problem for us, we did use a white noise machine and ear plugs. Great place to crash after enjoying the city all day!

This was the perfect place for my friend and I for our trip to Chicago. It was within walking distance of Wrigley and far enough away from the craziness of the after concert traffic. Host was responsive to message and over all just a pleasant experience.

We had a nice stay at this apartment. The apartment is as shown the pictures, it could use a real dining table/chairs vs the bench. The train goes by very frequently and we could hear it, that was the only downside; otherwise, the apartment was fine and the location ok as well

We had a great time visiting Chicago. Our host was able to let us into the property early the day of arrival and check out was a breeze. There is another rental unit upstairs and there was definitely some noise from that unit but wasnt terrible. The L is right behind the unit and runs approx every 10 min thought-out the night but isn't terrible disruptive except from the back bedroom. The bed in the front bedroom is from the great depression and is louder than any bed I've slept on. Should definitely be replaced soon

Accessibility to the train and great location made our trip awesome! This cute three bed is perfect for families, friends or whoever! I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago!

Excellent place to stay in Chicago. So close to the CTA (in fact the Brown Line Train rumbles the house every ten minutes or so!). And walkable to great restaurants, etc.Parking is tough, but we found spaces just down the street throughout our stay. And it was good practice for sharpening up your parallel parking if you live life without it like us.Host was prompt and gave us the info we needed.

My mother unexpectedly broke her foot a few weeks before we arrived and after we had booked this accommodation. The home was incredibly accessible to her with only two steps up to the property and very wide doors. The home itself was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. The location was phenomenal, and the metro running behind the house was convenient and the noise didn't affect us at all!

Location was our primary focus as we have family in the area. Perfect for our needs. Walking distance to family, good restaurants, things we wanted to do. Rooms were clean, pleasant & everything went as planned. Description on Vrbo is accurate. Thanks

Check in was a breeze, parking the first night was difficult to find on the street. However, I asked Sam and I got answers! Gave me app to open the garage. Amazing! Plus told me to use an app to find parking around the city. Amazingly helpful! The accommodations were clean and so comfortable. The L is very close just a block a way. The little bit of noise you hear from the train was dulled by curtains and sound machines. Very thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again when I am in the city.

The property was great- as advertised and a great location. Very walkable area in Lincoln Park with great restaurant options! The host was very responsive. The train noises did not interrupt anyone’s sleep and the host leaves complimentary earplugs in case you need them. A great spot to stay in Lincoln Park!

We needed a place close to our son and daughter in law and this was perfect! Clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood! Parking was a breeze and the host (Sam) was fabulous to work with and communicated well! Highly recommend!!!

The apartment was clean and had just about everything you would have at home. The trains weren't as bad as some reviews have said. Sounded more like a plane flying over. Going to Wrigley, shopping on *ichigan ave or to the bean was as easy as it can get. Neighborhood pizza joints in each corner. A dominating Buckeye win was the icing on the cake. Thanks Sam

Great communication with owner/manager. Two train stations within walking distance. Used the garage for the extra fee, worth it since we took the train everywhere.

Overall the house was beautiful! It was super clean, exactly as pictured and came stocked with some basic things like everything you need for morning coffee. The communication with the host for check in was inconsistent and confusing. We didn't get the check in code the night before as indicated so we scrambled a bit the day we arrived. He was quick to apologize and tried rectify the situation. The location was great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants and bars as well as Lincoln Park.

Comfortable 3 Bedroom Condo w 1 bathroom. Note that the train line is very close to the property if one is sensitive to noise. Not a big problem, considering the excellent location.

The location is ideal, it is so close to transit and lots of restaurants. We got used to the sound of the trains almost immediately (it's a loud white noise, not startling at all) and slept great on the comfy beds. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent time in Chicago (Lincoln Park)! The location was great and within walking distance of lots of great food and bars. Close to downtown too ao it was easy to go take in the city. Clean and tidy place and great communication made the stay even better!

overall the property was good. close to the EL so it was noisy at times. Parking was also scarce
