Stunning 3 bed/2 bath beachfront condo in Madeira Beach, FL

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful, relaxed, vacation in an extremely clean, very well decorated, well stocked, condo right on the beach. Coffee was enjoyed on the balcony and listening to the surf. Plenty of furniture for clothing, hangers for dresses and jeans, and no problem checking in because the instructions were self-explainable. Conveniently located to grocery, shopping, and dining. Hassel free parking and quick in and out.

Loved the beach view & pool, clean unit, really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards, we had a great time and made many great memories, thank you!

The owners of this condo are very kind! Kathy remembered multiple things I had mentioned to her previous to our stay and asked about them at a later date. They are also fast! There was a lightbulb flickering in the room my son was to sleep in. They were there in minutes of my text with a replacement bulb. This condo is all about the location! If you're looking for a stay on the gulf this is the condo for you! The condo is right on the gulf where you can swim, sunbathe, collect a wide variety of shells, and go for walks. The beach is not as busy as other Florida beaches I have been to which is a huge plus. Plenty of space for families. Also, love the balcony. We ate all of our meals out there and I personally read 2 1/2 books during the week from a comfy lounger. The balcony runs the width of the condo and is screened in so you don't have to deal with bugs. If we were to head back to Madeira Beach, I wouldn't hesitate to rent the same exact condo again. Would also recommend it to friends with similarly sized families as ours.

This condo is beautiful. The owners have thought of everything. There are beach toys in the closet for guests to use including chairs and umbrellas. They respond immediately to questions and made sure to keep me updated on repairs. The pool is not open yet and the lounge chair/table area is not repared either, but the beach was beautiful. There are workers there every day getting things done. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. I traveled with my 82 year old mother who is disabled, and the one thing to be aware of is that the bed in the master bedroom is a higher bed so my mother was not able to stay in there because she could not boost herself onto the bed. This was not a big deal, but just something to be aware of if you or someone you are traveling with has a disability. There are three other beds to choose from in two other bedrooms. There are tvs in every bedroom and the living room. Wifi was easily accessed. The condo is very clean, and we had no issues. If you are thinking about booking this condo, I highly recommend it. I have never had a host as responsive and helpful. We had a great time and will be back.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Madeira. The condo had everything we needed. Really appreciated the owners are on site and were readily available if we needed anything. The only negative is that the property pool and patio need new chairs.
