~ This condo requires a two-week minimum rental during peak season (Feb-April). Minimum of one week during non-peak
~ $100 registration Fee charged at the time of booking.

~ This is a smoke-free property. Guests may smoke at the beach or outside on the sidewalk.

PARKING
Parking is available for two vehicles. Guests need to park in either the assigned parking spot under the building or can park outside along the front of the building.

SUPPLIES: To ensure you have a comfortable start, we provide a selection of starter supplies for your convenience. This includes essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. Please note that these starter supplies are intended to get you going, and you may need to replenish them during your stay if you require more.
