This was an outstanding apartment! The beds/bedding especially stood out. And the owner was very responsive. We hope to be back next winter.

The room was nice. Not a lot of communication on the check in and check out process. We were never able to access wifi. I emailed the host for details about wifi and check out and never heard back. We even called the front desk and they were unable to assist us with wifi. Location was good, parking was super accessible. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The listing had a large jacuzzi tub but neither bathrooms had a tub. Overall a good stay and nice hotel.

Nice clean safe property friendly staff I would come back

The master bedroom was a little small for the size of the bed in it, felt like we were walking around the bed a lot. Amazing stay though and very well located

The kitchen was poorly stocked to cook. There wasn’t a spatula, cookie sheet, don’t plan to cook without having to outfit the kitchen. The dryer also took about 9 cycles to dry so wouldn’t recommend planning to wash anything. Otherwise was conveniently located. Hot tub was not hot at all.

Great property! The keypad has some major issues -LOL- but one you get in, it is awesome.

We had a good stay at Westgate Palace in Orlando. The unit was clean, and we really appreciated the free shuttle to Universal—super convenient! The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after long park days. A couple of things could be improved: the trash bin was way too small, especially since there's no daily housekeeping, and the TVs in the bedrooms weren’t smart TVs—only the one in the living room was. Overall, a solid option for families or groups visiting the parks.

Wonderful and safe location. Great security. Beautiful unit with very comfortable beds. Furnished well. Our dryer timer did not work properly and would run until you stopped it. The dishwasher leaked a bit. And our never got below 72 degrees. But maintenance was supposed to look at all of those things when we departed. They were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again. The view was amazing. We were on the 15th floor.

We enjoyed all the amenities. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.

Nice unit, nice amenities, nice property, and also nice management. Road construction in the immediate area was a real pain in the butt.

This is the 6th time we’ve stayed here, the condo is perfect for our family, clean, well maintained and wonderful customer service. Easy access to Universal. We’ll be back!

Everything you could possibly need for a home away from home ?

This unit was perfect for my family of 5. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pullout sofa. Kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. It is definitely updated like the description says. We had a great view of the lake and pool. Elevators were fast as well. Community is also gated. A major bonus was how close we were to Universal Studios. It was about a 7 minute drive. Not far at all. We had a slight mishap where someone had pressed all of the buttons on the elevator causing us to have to stop at every floor however we got off and entered another elevator before enduring that headache all the way down. Shortly after an emergency occurred where we had to evacuate the building. Turns out someone hit the fire alarm. We also had a few knocks at our door but no one was out there each time we looked. We assumed it to be bad kids playing in the hotel. Aside from all of that, we didn’t let that discourage us because we will definitely be back again to check out Westgate resort immensities next time. We were so busy at the parks we didn’t get a chance to fully enjoy WG resort. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

This place was super clean and worked perfectly for my family. I liked the fact that there was 24/7 entrance gate coverage as well. VERY close to Universal.
