This 2nd floor condo corner unit is quiet, has views of the water,screened in lanai, heated pool and is a water direct complex of only 14 units. Featuring two bedroom two bath condo and is walking distance to the South Beach entry access. This Amazing unit has been remodeled throughout , the kitchen has beautiful new cabinets, marble counter-tops and stainless steel appliances., tile floors, new fixtures, and just view the photo's to see just how beautiful this oasis has become.. Both the master and guest bath have been updated with new vanities and counter-tops. There are three flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a set of twin murphy beds for those extra overnight guests.
