Studio Unit Facing Beach 2nd Fl - Surf Song #227

The place was in good shape overall except the water pressure in shower & the toilet would not always fill back up with water after flushing. Needed paper towels & more toilet paper.

Did not receive email for directions to get into place until about 30 minutes after we arrived. Said it was sent at !2:40 but I did not get. Very clean place, grounds well maintained.

Overall. Very nice. It was the people (guests ) that made this stay so enjoyable

We saw dolphins, collected shells and it's a 30 minute drive to clearwater. A gem of a find! Thank you for a great stay!

The management though was not the best. The people in the office were very rude. The unit was only stocked with 4 towels for 4 people for 7 days. When we asked for more they said “This is not a hotel...do laundry”. I am on vacation...I do not want to do laundry. The unit was also only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days. I was surprised they gave us another roll.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed for 9 days in Studio Unit 227. This is the 2nd year I have stayed in this unit. The view is incredible, location in the building is very convenient. Although the condo could use a little sprucing up it was perfect for me. Be aware that this building and it's interior is very old so don't go expecting a 5 start resort. A new roof was being put on while we were there so hopefully the renovations will continue.

Had a great time here for our 4 day stay. Beach access is extremely easy to get to. pool area was wonderfully maintained. Condo itself was very clean and roomy. So close to shopping and many great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to stay and I plan on rebooking in the future for sure!

Reviewer Comments: This our second time here and we love the perfect location of looking out to the beautiful beach and the enjoyment of John's Pass entertainment by simply walking across the street. A small property which means a more personal experience. Well maintained grounds too.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at Surf Song and we will be coming back again. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that maybe the mattress needs to be replaced. The first year we were there we were amazed with how well the outside maintenance was kept but this year we noticed it wasn't done as well; clean for the most part just not as well as the previous year.
