Santa Fe is the United State`s oldest and highest altitude state capital. Originally under Spanish and then Mexican rule, the city`s unique history, and frequent community fairs, festivals and celebrations mean there is plenty to do, no matter what time of year you visit. Located in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the mild continental climate results in pleasant weather and abundant sunshine year-round.

Guests interested in local culture can shop for native arts and crafts at many of the city`s markets and galleries, while history buffs can visit the San Miguel Mission or St. Francis Cathedral.

Outdoor enthusiasts will want to check out the Santa Fe River Park or Southern Railway rail trail for hiking and biking opportunities. Whether you are an avid cyclist or a casual biker, you will want to check out the bike trails heading to downtown.

Foodies will delight in the area`s ubiquitous Southwestern and New Mexican cuisines and those looking for nightlife will find no shortage of mellow bars and lounges to grab a drink and make new friends.

The property is 17 min (10.2 miles) by car, Uber, or Lyft from Santa Fe Regional Airport via 5NM-599 N and W Alameda St. Guests flying into Albuquerque International Sunport can take I-25 N for about 65 miles or take the New Mexico Rail Runner Express commuter rail. It is possible to get around without a car, and the downtown is extremely walkable, though it is recommended that guests have a vehicle for their stay.

There are two designated parking spaces for this unit. Please be mindful of neighbors and use only these designated spots.

Lovely, immaculate home. Very responsive and helpful host. The guest book was full of excellent suggestions- we enjoyed all the hikes and restaurant recommendations. Very comfortable bed and clean home with all kitchen amenities we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing attention to detail on this great little cottage. They thought of everything, right down to the fresh flowers on the counter. Unlike some rentals, we had everything we needed and everything worked. Very conscientious manager that we knew we could count on. Walking distance to shopping, Railyard, restaurants, downtown. Five miles from Dale Ball trails for some great hikes. Great size for a couple.

Totally self contained and wonderfully equipped. Super clean. Loved the decor!! So many great touches to this home. Amazingly close to so much of Santa Fe. Very close to Aqua Fria road, but inside it was wonderfully quiet. Perfect place for exploring Santa Fe.

We were quite cool the first couple of days in the living room area. We kept creeping the temp up, but we remained to be uncomfortable. We finally contacted the host and they got that fixed in a very reasonable period of time. We were pleased. The coffee pot did not work well, but after we contacted them, they had that fixed as well before the next morning. Great shower and very nice bed. The TV system worked well. Parking worked well.

The place was great. Easy to get everywhere The interior was very well maintained and appointed The entrance was hard to find, I thought it was an alley but after a few tries we found it. Tried to use the charcoal grill but the coals would not light, no big deal Loved it
