I loved the old school charm of the condo. Nice, clean updated studio. It had everything we needed. The air conditioner stopped working and they had a repair person on it pronto! The outdoor patio area is amazing! Just steps to the beach and walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was dirty had mold in shower and in vanity where towels were kept. Condo had awful smell. dehumidifier ran constant and we had to empty it everyday! Appliances were all rusty even the toaster was rusty, Bed was awful! ordered a mattress topper from Walmart and it didn't even help. Felt like you were sleeping on the floor. After a hard rain we had to walk thru 4 inches of water right outside our door. No drains in courtyard at all. Pool was never cleaned or tested during our stay. All tables outside were covered with black mold and paint all peeling on them. Never would recommend this condo. Never will stay here again.

We love the unit we stayed in, it’s close to the pool and beach. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was wonderful. I slept so well.

It's right on the beach, beautiful pool, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for your stay!!! We had very good communication with Suncoast rental company. ♡♡♡
