Stroll to the Beach from Pacific Villas #5

Room was ready early. Great place and close to the beach! A must stay for anyone!

This property was well maintained and very comfortable. Also, perfect location, everything was within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely to be so close to the ocean! Everything was clean & fresh at the rental. The host was VERY kind & helpful & prompt! We enjoyed every moment of our stay & hope to enjoy it all again someday.

This is the perfect location if you want to be right at the ocean, just a walk across the path to beach and nicely decorated and has a fairly well stocked kitchen. There are even chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Communication with priority managers was efficient and they were quick to try to resolve our concerns. Now, the less desirable aspects of the property. Overall, the property was clean but I do think the kitchen could have been wiped down a bit better. A lot of dust on top of refrigerator and in the cabinets, including dusty pots. Also, the fan in living space was quite dusty. I think some blackout blinds in the bedroom and on the front door would be quite helpful as the security lights make the space very bright at night, even with blinds drawn. Property manager did try to help us with this, but this just resulted in a blanket over the window. And the noise from the upstairs unit was quite bad our last night, so much so that we had to knock on the door at 1130 at night to ask that the music be turned off. And we had a smoker in the unit next to us who just moved to the far side of the balcony when we asked her to stop smoking, especially since it is a non-smoking facility. Also, you can often hear people walking across the units above. The tenants around us the prior nights were not an issue at all. The inconsiderate tenant issues are not the fault of the property but there is always the potential due to the close nature of these units.

Everything was great - Oceanside pier is a few minutes walk away, and we could open the windows and hear the ocean waves. The hosts were very proactive and communicative, check-in instructions were clear and check-out process was easy. We had a small request that they were easily able to accommodate. Highly recommend!

The villa was, overall, great. Views and location were the highlights. Only downside is the parking was pretty tight and we had a small issue with the shower backing up. That being said, we'd stay here again.

The host reached out and offered us an early check in and the place was very clean when we arrived It was cold weather that weekend so we ran the small portable electric heater that worked ok, but it’s definitely getting tired and needs replacing IMHO.The kitchen had everything you would need to eat in and the brita filtered water was nice to use.The bathroom was clean and somewhat updated and there was plenty of hot water but the shower drained slow and you find yourself standing in your own soapy water.We stayed two nights and we both found the bed to be very comfortable with nice bedding. The location is good. We walked to downtown on the upper street for dining out and found it to be a very beautiful walk with great ocean views.

We had a great time here, it was very clean and had plenty of room to hang out. The best is the patio witht he view. You hear the waves all day and night its very relaxing. We will be back.

The description of the place is accurate, the location was wonderful, and the apartment was very clean which is a huge plus for me. I am glad there was a space heater to use since the week I was in the area, the temperatures were lower than usual. A few things that can be improved on would be leaving some tissues for guests, change out coffee maker ( it almost looks like it was in a fire and rusted) and have someone clean out the washer occasionally. There seemed to be a mold issue on the gasket that should be addressed. The bedding was comfortable and inviting, but I didnt get much sleep due to renters (?) or tenant above me that had tv loud until midnight , then serious snoring until morning. I did love the place though and enjoyed the porch with chairs. I hope to be back one day.

Most amazing views, stroll on the Strand to DT Oceanside and Pier. This rental had everything we needed. Would love to come back one day.
