Full kitchen w/dishwasher Parking on-site (Parking Passes included) Non-smoking property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Stayed Jun 3, 2026Loved this property! The condo was beautifully decorated & stocked with everything we needed to cook meals after enjoying time at the beach and resort pools! Phenomenal master shower! Great sound-bar on the living room tv & the blackout curtains made for some great sleeping! Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 1, 2024This was our second year vacationing in Sterling Shores and we can’t wait to come back! This condo far exceeded our expectations- it was spacious and had an incredible view. Check in was easy and there wasn’t a long list of tasks to complete prior to check out. Our only complaint is that the coffee pot is awful! If you’re a coffee drinker, I suggest bringing your own.

Stayed Apr 14, 2022We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated home listening to the ocean waves morning and night! The pools were great and convenient! Beach a few steps away, chairs put out and taken down for you for fee! Home had everything you need! 90 percent of home is updated beautifully and clean! We hope to stay here again !
