Great property

This was one of the nicest condos I have stayed in at PCB. I come all the time and would definitely stay here again.

Unit was clean, good location. Half mile west of Pier Park. Beach view was great. Very pleasant stay.

Very clean. Host was excellent and responded immediately to emails. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean condo. Staff on site was friendly and helpful. View from balcony was amazing and over all was a wonderful stay. We will return for another stay.

Condo is located in quite a busy area of tourism. The unit was very clean. We had a good stay with the exception of one 24 hour period where there seem to be some domestic dispute happening in the building, specifically in the unit above us and some arguing happened in the late hours of the evening on the entryway balcony. If you were looking for a quiet place to stay, this might not be the best option. It’s very peopley and sometimes that leads to elevators getting congested or long waits.

Condo was clean, great pool, really easy access to the beach. My family really enjoyed their time here at this condo. Location was close to Pier Park. The beach chair service included with the condo was really easy to use. Owner responded to my questions quickly. Pool attendants were very adamant about no balls or floats in the pool and no wagons in the pool area. The king size bed and bunk beds in the hallway were way harder than we prefer but we made it through.

Stay was great! Online check in was fast and made our arrival an easy check in. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Location was awesome, it is close to attractions and it was easy to come and go from the parking garage. Having the beach chairs attached to the room was a very nice convenience. We would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful resort!! Love the heated pool and hot tub. The owner responds to your questions right away. This unit has everything you need in it and so nice to have the grill on the balcony. Spectacular views of the sunsets.

The location and amenities at the property were fine. The one item that could use attention is the mattress.

Great except the WiFi would work only in the back part of the room.

This one is a winner! The condo was exactly as described or better and that helped keep my vacation relaxing and stress free. I have zero complaints. Communication was perfect. No problems entering or accessing the condo during our visit. Everything was clean, small things like paper towels and dishwasher detergent were super handy, the bed is comfortable, the shower was nice and problem free, TVs worked great and having the beach service was a plus.

The condo was very clean and the owners were very prompt. The only complaint I have is the smoke alarms go off even if you are making toast and they are very loud. Highly recommend this condo!

My fiancé and I planned this wonderful child free getaway to relax and recharge. The condo was nice with a comfortable bed and we loved the location. The owners were very responsive to our questions. A few updates to the decor would be nice but overall it was great and we’d stay again

Really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I have been coming to PCB since we were teenagers and hace never stayed at a condo that was so clean and well kept. Will stay again. Loved the location of all amenities.
