Mary and I found we really enjoy Maui, and decided to purchase this condo in Kihei in March of 2017. Our condo was recently remodeled - new floors, cabinets and granite countertops. The bathroom was done as well, with a nice walk-in shower.
Kihei Bay Vista is a wonderful property. It is located in Kihei, Maui, just steps from the ocean. It has a pool and hot tub, gas grills for your use as well as an outdoor dining area. This property is one of the great finds for the price in Kih

Stayed Jan 4, 2020This property was great! Extremely clean and the unit actually looked better in person than in the photos! The bed was comfy and the place had all we needed for a great stay, including beach gear, snorkel gear, laundry, and the pool/hot tub. Convenient walk or drive to everything you'd want to do in Kihei. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 10, 2019The condo unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the nice beach right across the street. The fridge/freezer was not quite as cold as I would have liked but that was a minor problem. All I all, we had a great stay.

Stayed Dec 17, 2024We were so pleased to find that everything we thought we might need for our visit to Kihei was in this place. The apartment was well furnished, tastefully decorated, and had as complete a kitchen as one could hope for.The complex is about a mile from the centre the town, so close enough to get anything you need but far enough away that the hubbub doesn't get to you, which was great. Nice pool. Excellent outdoor grilling area.Hosts were very responsive and checked with us a couple of times to be sure everything was exactly what we needed.

Despite the fact that the payment was not refundable under the policy that we agreed to as renters, the owner was opened to make an arrangement due to the circumstances. We will definitely be rebooking at a later date. I would trust these owners eyes shut.

Stayed May 11, 2023Our first trip to Maui and this was a must-stay. Condo was very clean and well-maintained. I loved waking up, grabbing my morning coffee and walking across the street to the beach. The central location, close to main highways made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The property was really well taken care of - beautiful and quiet pool, clean grills to use and easy parking. We will definitely be back!
