The condo was great! Communication with Roberta was also awesome. The condo is very clean and spacious.

Place is very spacious. Kitchen has most of what you need. Ocean is very close. Condo is on the 3rd floor, elevator only worked 2 out of our 6 days. Do open and close patio door carefully, as it does vibrate the walls.

We had a great location and a wonderful view! I wish i could stay longer. We had 5 of us stay and it was great

The condo was clean and had a great view of the ocean. Working with the listing agent was great. Ahead of our trip, we were alerted that an elevator was down, so our reservation was seamlessly changed to a different condo with a better view. I recommend this place at a great price.

It was a very nice complex. Quiet and peaceful with a great pool.

Really nicely setup place in a quiet condo complex, but still very close to the beach. It was an easy walk to Smathers even for two small children. Great option for families.

We enjoyed our stay, loved the pool and the view. It's a bit on the outskirts of downtown so if you're driving, you need to leave enough time to find parking which is a bit of a chore & can get expensive but that's not the property's fault, just something to keep in mind. Accomodations were great, loved the king size beds and coziness of the condo.

This place is a nice place to stay if you’re looking for something on the quieter side… it’s about a ten minute Uber into Old Town/the gay area. The best part of this place is the management. She was quite responsive to our questions and needs and went above to send us our wardrobe that we forgot in the unit. There was an issue with one of the linens and she had it fixed that day. It was nice to be working with someone who was on top of things.

I rent a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of the best condos I have ever stayed at. It was very clean. It was very comfortable and I have to specifically comment on the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a condo. My friends said their bed was very very comfortable too. Also the location of this condo right by the pool is very convenient. And to sit on the patio and enjoy the wildlife out in the wetlands was very peaceful and enjoyable. I would rent his condo again.
