Steps to the Beach! 2bed/2.5bath condo - Seabreeze Villas

The villa was spotless and the location is sublime.

This property was perfect for my family of 5. Steps to the beach was NOT an exaggeration. We were able to walk out the back patio door and directly onto the BEAUTIFUL beach that was essentially private. The pool was perfectly located to overlook the pristine beach. Bodden Town was quiet and peaceful with just a short drive anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend!

The place was great and so spacious! We have two pre-teens and it was wonderful for us to have so much space to spread out and relax. It also had everything we needed, even cooking ingredients and plenty of beach stuff. The location is great if you plan on renting a car and beach-hopping. It’s very centrally located. We ended up beach-hopping quite a bit because it was a windy week and the beach at the villa was a bit too windy for us. However, it is beautifully maintained every day.

Quick EZ check-in. Great value for the !Condo was fully outfitted. Beach chairs and all!Good location for exploring the island. Host was very prompt replying-a pleasure!

Great two nights in Bodden Town. The Unit was clean, comfortable and we would stay again on future trips. The sand was raked each morning, and there was good snorkeling. The location made walking to several local restaurants a breeze. Our host was responsive, and had several stables (coffee!) for our arrival. The beds were comfortable, and our favorite was sitting outside for coffee on the patio with views of the water.

The beach, pool and location are wonderful. You are 20 minutes from Georgetown, 20 minutes opposite direction to rum point and our favorite restaurant Tukkas. Our host Livia was so accommodating to us after getting stranded on island from storms in US. every day being canceled I would reach out and ask to extend stay.

This property was so perfect for our Family of 5 3 children ages 6-11 on kids. The host was on top of everything. The location is perfect ! 30 mins to either side of the island. The kitchen has so many pots and pans we saved a fortune grocery shopping and cooking our meals there. This was a vacation the kids will never forget. Beach access was perfect swimming and snorkeling feet from out front door. We loved our stay and when we return to the beautiful Grand cayman I can’t think of staying anywhere else!

We had an amazing time at this property. The host was extremely quick to reply to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was lovely — clean, comfortable, and stocked with so many thoughtful items that made our stay even better. The location is fantastic with great beach access, and the area is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily stay here again.

The unit was clean, kitchen well stocked, porch off living area was great for fresh air, ocean view, two bedrooms upstairs, bed was a bit firm and prefer king over queen, overall a great place to stay, would return. Our host was helpful and appreciate her quick responses.

What an amazing trip we had to the Cayman Island! Condo was virtually right in the middle, so made exploring the island easy. I don't think I have ever been so close to the beach/ocean, literally steps as described in the listing. As others said in earlier reviews this year, water would have been better enjoyed without the sargassum, as it distorted the beauty of the water. However, did keep us from getting in and the water temp was amazing. Pool so close to the beach as well. Wasn't crowded at all as it was off-season, so met some other great people that were staying in the surrounding condos. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious condo right on the beach! We really enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the beautiful pool area in the evenings. We used the kayak and paddle board which were wonderful! The condo was well stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. We had a small issue with the oven and also an issue with the front door lock which took quite a while to resolve on our first day. Livia was very responsive. Would stay again if visiting the island.

This place was so much fun! We had 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) and the place was perfect for them. There was a high chair, baby gate, and lots of beach supplies. There are hundreds of hermit crabs outside every night that my kids loved finding. We found tons of conch shells and sea glass as well. The sargassum was a bummer but no fault of the VRBO owner. We drove to different beaches every day. Overall we loved the place.

This beach spot is absolutely stunning! The pool overlooking the beach is gorgeous, and number 10 has a patio with an ocean view. The kitchen is super clean and has everything we needed. The owner was really helpful when we had a small issue. We had an amazing time! It’s not too far from the botanical Gardens turtle farm and Seven Mile Beach. There are lots of great local restaurants nearby, and it feels more like a local place than Seven Mile Beach, which we’ve been to before.

The condo was clean and had plenty of cooking supplies. The patio (only place you can see the water from the condo) is shared with the other condos (the other guests were very quiet). The beach was beautiful and very quiet. There were beach chairs. Bring water shoes to get out into the water. Great snorkeling. The only downside was traffic noise and smell so you couldn't eat on the patio. You absolutely need a car to get to any restaurants or other beaches.

The property was exactly as advertised. Simple check in and out. We went for the beach and was not disappointed! 10 steps out the door and my feet were in the sand. We stayed for 3 weeks and met so many friendly people staying there as well. The unit itself had everything we needed. The linens were fresh and clean. We took advantage of the books as well. Our only real complaint about the location is you really cannot walk anywhere. There are no sidewalks and not much for shoulders to walk on so we had to drive everywhere.

We can't properly convey how wonderful our experience was. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman, and this property was absolutely perfect. The host was extremely responsive at all times. The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser which was much appreciated. We are already planning our return trip for next February. You will be amazed at the peaceful vibe this home offers. The beach is virtually private, and the snorkeling is stunning...all you have to do is walk into the water from the beachfront! Make sure you have dinner at Tukka, East End. The food is amazing! We didn't want to stay in the crowded 7-mile beach area, so we chose Bodden Town instead. The property was perfect for the 3 of us -- close enough to walk to a few places and not too far to drive to others. There were only 10 units so the pool and beach were never crowded. The people (locals & visitors) were all very friendly.

We actually weren’t able to stay at Livia’s property due to a medical injury that happened before we left. As result my trip insurance was worthless and we were obligated to pay for the full time there. Lydia was so gracious as to offer us a discount on a subsequent stay and was always very responsive to our communications We sincerely hope to be able to visit Bodden Town in 2025.
