Steps to the beach! 2 king beds, ice maker, see the Gulf and unwind in comfort!

The condo was clean and the services were excellent! Would definitely recommend and stay again !

The listing for the condo was not truthful at all. The condo was not steps from the beach , more like a 3 block walk from across the street. The condo was not actually on the 2nd floor. It was on the 7th floor! 2nd floor above the 5th floor of parking garage. the condo was just ok , no thrills! The one thing that was really good was the view of front beach road, and ocean across street. Will not stay there again!

Clean and cozy.

The location was perfect! Easy access to the beach, on the main strip. However, the room was not very clean. My 1 year old son crawled on the floors and within only a couple of minutes his feet & knees were black. I did request a Swiffer in which that was brought to me, I didn’t really feel it was my place to mop the already black floors, but I did for the sake of cleanliness for our stay. Communication was okay, rooms were not too close together which I liked, but the cleanliness could have been MUCH better.

The condo was very convenient to the beach and great location. The condo was clean, the floors were clean. The king size bed was comfortable. The queen size mattress was lopsided so it was hard for two people to sleep comfortably. The washing machine was broken, the rental company let us know and brought us more towels so it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed our week there thank you!!

My son and his wife slept in the master bedroom and said the bed was pretty good. My husband and I slept in the guess room. The mattress needs replaced pretty bad. It sinks into the center. Had to have master bathroom toilet worked on. It rock when you sit on it. Also, had to have a patio chair replaced because the seat had busted out. Everything else was good. Just wasn't expecting to have to call about things that should have been noticed by the cleaning lady.

The property was beautiful and smelled AMAZING!!! The cleaning staff were always cleaning something. Everyone was friendly and welcomed our fur family. The pet potty spots were very convenient, had potty bags for easy clean up, and trash cans for easy disposal. It is an easy walk to the beach or pools. The location is also wonderful as we went to several different attractions also. The condo we stayed in was also very clean with a nice view of the ocean between buildings.

The condo is on the beach, and definitely such a great stay for us, we will be back soon and even planning to stay for 2 weeks.

The place was great. Beach, parking, tiki bar lady was fabulous. Only thing I didn’t like was the floors needed to be mopped. Our feet were black and so were the bottoms of our shoes.

We enjoyed our time very much! Great communication from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Easy access to everything

We really enjoyed the condo. Good thing we were trapped in by a snowstorm. Everything was very nice as stated on the VRBO site we really enjoyed the condo very clean very well maintained and had no issues getting a hold of the property management when needed. We will look to come again.

Booking was for 2 adults 1 pet confirmed on our end. Once arrived we received a call from owner stating we would have to pay a non refundable deposit which we knew about but remove our dog immediately. I called him stating we had booked reservation for a pet and had that confirmed which he said he never got the information about. Ended up working out but was stressing to say the least..

The pictures on the ad are correct but nowhere does it state that the. condo is not oceanfront but across the street. Also the living room furniture is old and smells. Also when I had bare feet they would be black after walking only a short time, like maybe 30 minutes. That being said the. Location is great and the people there are kind. The people I talked to after hours on the phone were great and very helpful. Needs some updating and someone to scrub floors after each rental.

Wonderful Condo for a good price. Had everything that was needed. Beds were very comfortable. Partical ocean view from balcony. We loved the pools and hot tub. The tiki bar was really nice too. Only negative I can think of was the living room tv seemed outdated in which it didnt give many options for streaming services besides netflix (only if you had the service without ads), you tube, and vudu. Other then the tv issue, all is wonderful and would recommend this condo to others.
