Steps to Shore: Scenic Big Boulder Lake Condo!

Loved everything about this rental. Very detailed guide was provided to us upon arrival. Condo has everything you would need and they did a great job in keeping the place clean. Can see Big Boulder from the back porch.Highlight is still the price. It was very affordable and a great stay if you plan on skiing the area.

Spent five nights had a wonderful time, just steps away from the lake with a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful weekend away. The location of the unit was amazing, beautiful lake view from Patio.The condo was clean, fully stocked and just perfect for our needs.We would definitely book again.

Towels were to be furnished in this condo. When we got there, there were no towels. Called agent, & she told us to check the dryer. The dryer was stuffed full of towels that were not quite dry, so we dried them some more. The agent told us that she would come by & fold the towels, but we told her not to bother. Also, tv was broken. They had to finally call the cable company & they had to install a new box. Bedrooms were too dark, needed more light. All in all, the condo was comfortable, and after the couple of mishaps we were able to enjoy our stay.Did not like their method of entry code into the development.

Just got back from a wonderful Labor Day weekend trip The place was really clean and nice. Such a nice community. We love this area so much they is the second unit we have stayed in. The location is so quiet and relaxing. This is NOT for the partying crowd. This lake and community are for those that want family friendly relaxing experience.

Overall, the condo was in decent condition and served its purpose for our weekend stay. However, there were a few issues worth noting. Upon arrival, we found there was a gate to enter the complex, but the code was not included in the check-in instructions despite the care service being aware of it. This made arrival unnecessarily stressful.We had 4 adults staying for 3 nights and paid over a grand to stay here, yet were only provided two rolls of single-ply toilet paper. When we reached out to the care service for additional rolls, we were told we were responsible for all consumables after using what was provided. This policy felt unreasonable given the cost of the stay, and if it had been communicated to us prior to arriving we could have come better prepared.Additionally, when using the shower in the bathroom connected to the bunk bed room, the carpet in that bedroom became soaking wet along the wall shared with the tub. The shower head in that same bathroom was also broken.While the space itself was decent, these issues detracted from the overall experience.

We had a wonderful experience. You can walk right out of the unit and be lakeside in seconds. Our hostess was very responsive and followed up after we settled in. I would definitely rent again if the unit was available.

Had a nice stay for a quick weekend. Loved the location and the ability to sit on the patio and watch the water. Kids loved the heated pool.

View was the best part. Old spider webs on walls, couch. Piles of dead bugs. Dusty on back of toilet, stove. Hair in and around tub in room with bunk beds. Did not look like place was cleaned prior to us coming. A light switch was replaced prior to arriving as told to us by owner. Drywall on floor as well as plastic from packaging and old plate and trash left on table. Yellow pillows. Smelled of mold, mildew, cigarettes. Vent blowing out white particles. Couch had large tears from attached pillows being torn and unattached. Everyone who stayed went home coughing, congested, sick.

Despite a colder than usual weekend, we had a great time with a beautiful view of the lake. Very close to Big Boulder ski area. Condo had plenty of towels and extra blankets. The fireplace was a bonus. Ample supplies for cooking. Also close proximity to the pool.

Place was nice and owner was very responsive. Great location and beautiful lake view. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The view was amazing and the community was quaint and nice to walk around. The only problem was being on the first floor you had other walking guest looking in your place so privacy could be difficult or you had to close the curtain to the beautiful view.

Really enjoyed our stay . Would come back again .

This condo has it all! Well equipped for a short stay in a beautiful location. This is our third year of a fall getaway and have been staying in the Midland Condo’s every year. Location, lake view, privacy, walking path, fall foliage and the comforts of home make it hard to leave each year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our Anniversary stay in the Poconos. We were disappointed that our questions were not answered before our stay. I tried asking questions in app & via email. We were surprised that the only condiments available was salt as we love pepper/spices in our food. We did enjoy the Community’s hot tub after our day of hiking & exploring the area.

Entire stay was comfortable and very quiet. Having the ground unit made for easy access to the lake and surroundings.

Lovely spacious property right on the shore line of boulder lake. Lots of amenities including a good size pool with plenty of loungers.

I wanted a quiet place on a lake to getaway to continue healing from surgery at the beginning of July. This listing did not disappoint! The property is exactly like the pictures - clean, cozy, well decorated and maintained. We liked the footpath that ran along the backside of the buildings. Will definitely book this listing again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Harmony condo. It was very clean and gorgeous views of the lake. The pool area was also very nice!

Place was nice and clean. Very peaceful by the lake. Only problem was trying to get access code for entrance gate. It was resolved promptly.

Code did not work to get into the condo after an 8 hour drive. It took about 20 minutes for someone to respond, Customer service rep came to the condo and was incredibly rude. We had another issue of not being able to get into the gate. We called for help in the porting rain. She was curt and condescending. Did not have to be that way. We are the best guest - clean and kind.
