Steps to Kamaole Beach, Saltwater Pool, Pickleball AC King Bed, Ground Floor

We had a wonderful stay, communication with info was clear helpful and friendly. The condo was as described very convenient and a comfortable place to stay.

The hosts are so communicative and responsive. The condo is very nice and conveniently located. I took a solo trip and it was so easy, I wasn’t stressed at all. There is also plenty of parking!

Great in every way!

Thoughtful kitchen with all your basic needs. AC was good once you got the hang of it and the dehumidifier (ceiling fans need to stay on). Super close access to the Charlie Young beach and the lanai faces the pool which was great for the kids!

It was fine. I feel pressured to leave five-stars but Maui Vista is just not a five-star property. The property is older. The pictures made the room look nicer & brighter than it was. The cleaner really didn't do a very good job (most don't in my opinion), the floor was very dirty. The unit fronts the pool, which for some I suppose is nice, but as a mid-aged couple, it was really loud. Unit location is great, the unit itself was fine, but as a Maui local on staycation, I would not stay there again. My apologies to the host, but I have to tell the truth.

My family absolutely loved this place, is very close to Charley young beach where we saw turtles every day, perfect location to enjoy the sunsets too. Gentle waves makes it ideal for kids. The condo is perfectly located, just a few steps from the pool. There’s restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, shave ice -all in very close proximity.They have done a great job equipping the place with kitchen supplies so you can make your own meals, great beach equipment like boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, coolers, towels, snorkeling gear, etc. The bed and couch bed are very comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows and blankets. The lanai is lovely and perfect to have a meal there.The ac works great in living room and also in the master bedroom. Washer and dryer works good same as the dishwasher. We’ve been to Kihei before and this is hands down the best condo we’ve ever been and just can’t wait to get back. Thanks so much for having us. Aloha

I enjoyed the stay at the condo because it was walking distance to Kam 1 beach and the back door of the condo was steps away from the pool. There was enough stuff to bring to the beach. The back sliding door to the condo needs to be cleaned or replace cause it was hard to slide it shut. Other than that, equipment in the condo worked properly. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. The instructions that Erik provided was very helpful and he answered any questions I might have (i.e. places to eat).The check in and check out process was fairly easy to follow. There was ample parking and getting a parking pass from the front office was easy too. What made the trip enjoyable for me and my family, is the location to the beaches and the pool. Also, there were eating establishments not far from the condo and a grocery store near by.

Had everything we needed. Quiet and comfortable place with all the amenities we needed for our trip. The host, Erik, worked with us to meet our needs. Highly recommend.

Location is excellent, close to everything. Erik was extremely helpful and excellent at keeping us informed. Impeccable at communication.

Great stay in Kihei, as always. The condo was great and offered a wonderful location next to the pool and walking path to the beach.

The place was perfect size for our family of three. The bed is confortable, the sofa bed as well. All commodities are there. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. The lanai is a big plus. Erik is readily available for any questions or concerns. Walking distance to the beach. Very central location:)

This is the perfect spot to stay in Maui! We were steps to the condo’s pool, with an amazing patio that opened up to a grassy area. It gets afternoon sun, so almost all meals can be eaten on the spacious patio. The condo comes outfitted with everything you need- cooking essentials (pots/pans) as well as a beach umbrella and beach towels. The beach is not even a 5 min walk away, and is one of the best beaches, as well as one of the best vantages for an ocean sunset view. The A/C was necessary as it was sunny and hot out entire two week stay. The check in/out procedure is a breeze, we got an intro email that explained everything we could possible need to know about the condo for our stay. You also have to register at the condo office (or in our case after hours with security) it was easy with no wait issues. Can’t wait to come back! Will always recommend Maui Vista as the place to stay in Maui but this condo will be a favourite for us!

I came a couple days early to see some sights alone. There were probably 25 people attending the wedding that stayed at Maui Vista. All the units were very nice. It was a very laid back, easy vacation

We have stayed at the Maui Vista many times. Loved the updated counter tops in this unit and the refrigerator with filtered water & ice. King bed was comfy and we were steps away from the pool.

We loved the location, super close to the beach. Super comfy bed. All the extras we needed like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkels. Only thing to be aware of is a major renovation going on next door. And another one on the other side. Starts at 8am sharp. (Nov 2024). Other than that overall great stay.

This place was so perfect. Location, cleanliness and amenities were so on point! I was so comfortable. I didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much.

Great location and great for a couple! Washer & dryer were a nice bonus. No issues with checkin and no issues with parking. Quiet complex. Would stay here again!

Our stay at this unit was amazing. Host is very responsive. What we loved is it’s on the ground floor and away from the street noise. It’s right next to the pool which was a plus for my two kids. The couple next door were so nice. They offered if we need anything to let them know. It was so sweet of them. The only minor issues during our stay were people conversing and running outside the bedroom after 10pm which is quiet time. It happened every night for the first 3 nights, other than that it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't ask for a better location and a very nice condo. The extras beyond just the place to stay (see property description) made it very convenient and made for a pleasant experience. Erik had great communication and quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this place to stay if visiting Maui.

Great place to stay, just across from the beach and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Would stay again.
