Steps to Branson Strip: Condo w/ Sunroom

This place was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. The facility was easy to get to and had a beautiful view. It was very spacious for all of us.

Add door to upstairs bedroom

The facility was fine, but we did not receive our access code to get in. We’re waiting in a hot parking lot. Wondering if we actually had a place to stay for our vacation.

The condo was perfect for our girl trip as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was very quiet and in a good location. Was not hard to walk up the flight of stairs to enter the condo. We enjoyed visiting in the sunroom in the mornings. We would stay again.

This was a great location, nice property. Check-in was easy with no difficulties. The a/c had a lot of trouble keeping up, and it was 80 degrees in the condo through most of the day, dropping down to 75 through the night, so that was a bit uncomfortable, but we were given a heads up that it would be a bit warmer than usual (but didn’t expect it to be 80!). It was extremely hot in Branson during our stay. Everything else was good!

Everything was great except TV. Strongly suggest guest bring a Roku stick or similar device so you can steam. Wi-fi connection was great! Loved the sunroom but the shades were not so loveable.I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to all the shows, yet nice and quiet with views right next to a golf course. The only drawback was that it was on the 3rd level -- parking is at the 2nd level, so had to walk up stairs to condo. But other than that, a super place to stay.

Condo was perfect size for our family of 5. There were 3 king beds 3 bathrooms,washer and dryer . Everywhere in Branson was easy to get to from our condo.There was a swimmingpool for the kids a few condos down. Plenty of swim towels and toys. Very quiet condo. Also very clean. Host answered our questions right away!We will stay here again.

Condo was very clean and provided a great place to stay. Beautiful view of golf course from sun room in back. Beds were comfortable; atmosphere was very nice. The condo is very conveniently close to the Hwy 76 strip and shows. The ONLY drawback was having to walk upstairs to the unit (one flight as parking lot is on level with the middle set of units). Lower level requires walk down of stairs. But other than that, would totally recommend this unit to rent. The owner replies quickly to questions and seems very nice.

Everything was great! Our only issues is the Tvs in the bedrooms only had a couple of channels and the tv upstairs would not work at all.

Our condo was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Lovely quiet neighborhood with view of golf course. We saw 2 deer down by the creek from our sunroom.

The television was a nice size but not at all user friendly. We were unable to access programming. The pictures on ad showed the glassed in sunroom and we were looking forward to enjoying the view. We were unable to see out due to the window blinds being broken and unable to be raised. Perhaps the blinds should have been taken down until the new ones came in. All in all we enjoyed our time in Branson.

Great view Great place. Love the sun porch Check in code was not given till 30 min after check in time. We had to wait and had requested it at noon same day due to others checking out after 10am.

The condo met all of our expectations. Close to restaurants, a grocery and entertainment. Condo had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

Our overall stay was great! The beds were comfortable and we had access to all of the things we needed. We were unable to figure out how to really use the TVs. We couldn't download any of our streaming apps and they didn't appear to be on the bedroom TVs. The master bedroom had no remote so that TV was not used. I was finally able to mirror my ipad to the living room TV and watch youtubetv and netflix that way. My Evolve contact was helpful and available to answer all my questions.The condo was in a great location and just across the street from our usual condos at the Foothills. We would stay here again.
