THE SPACE



The open-conceptlayout flows from the fully remodeled kitchen through the dining and living areas, with a built-in bookcase providing a charming sense of separation between the sleeping and living spaces — offering just the right amount of privacy without closing anything off.



Sleep soundly on a king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, with a Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows (Netflix and Prime Video included). A generous storage closet means you can unpack and settle in properly — no living out of a suitcase here.



The living area is bright and welcoming, with seating for 4 at the dining table, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Smart TV with Google TV, Netflix, and Prime Video. Slide open the full glass doors and step onto the screened balcony, where comfortable seating for two overlooks one of the community's two pools — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



The beautifully remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy meal prep and relaxed dining in — cookware, dinnerware, and all the basics are provided for a truly turnkey experience.



The full bathroom features a fully tiled, oversized shower, generous storage, and a charming beach cottage aesthetic. Bath and beach towels are included for your stay.

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club sits directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach, where wave runners, paddleboarding, and kayaking await. Some of the beach's most popular waterfront restaurants are just a short stroll away — Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jack's, and The Fish House among them.



On-site amenities include two community pools and two pickleball courts (tennis courts are temporarily closed during ongoing renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is continuing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
