Stayed Jun 26, 2021The location was great…close to boardwalk and beach and all we wanted to do. Quiet building and very clean. Pool was very nice to have though small. Roof top deck was great with amazing views of Rehoboth. Property manager very nice and helpful. The beds were not comfortable at all and we had to buy mattress toppers to make the bed bearable. Bedroom with queen bed was tight and it would have fit better in the other bedroom. Kitchen things were fine though some of the stuff appeared to be very old and not usable at all. Parking was very easy though tight with an SUV. I would definitely rent again at this building but probably not the same condo.
