The facility itself is well maintained for it's age. Questionable whether it's worth the high $$ since the unit owners don't seem to invest in improvements and furnishings.

No umbrellas, beach chairs broke

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Stay was easy and what you would expect from a beech condo. It’s not the Ritz but you can’t get much closer to the beach. We felt like we had a private beach. The pool closes at 5 when they go home but you still have the beach right there. Would definitely stay here again

Reviewer Comments: Base my beach experience on how hard it is to acclimate back to normal life when you leave. Silver Sands lived up to our expectation. I keep wanting to return and enjoy it some more. It's great to be able to take a short walk to the beach of white sand, wade into calm water and enjoy a refreshing swim. Afterwards we would get together at the pool, which was always warm and enjoyable. Enjoyed meeting other guests who were always friendly. Only disappointment was the tub/shower was hard for both of us to get into.
