Steps to Beach, Pool Access: Indian Shores Condo

I liked the space; 3 bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was spacious, too. Also liked the location. Being on the beach was great!! Did not like that the keypad entry on the door could be a bit tricky sometimes to lock and unlock. Also the sliding doors to the balcony were hard to move. Overall, wonderful stay!!

I was not notified of the address or the unit number until I called with one day before we arrived. The unit was spacious. The view was great. The main tv was terrible , it had lines running through it. Everything else in the unit worked great.

Lack of information and the construction made checking in a challenge There was a gentleman supervising construction maybe that was down right rude

Overall the condo was nice. There is an issue with the oven. We had to double the actual cook time with everything. Nothing was ever cook through on the first attempt. The ice maker has a leak which caused all the ice to freeze up in the tray. Also the patio door is extremely hard to open. There was plenty of dishes, towels and utensils for our family. I was happy to see all of the kitchen items there for us to use.

This condo was PERFECT for my groups Bible get away. We had plenty of room for each couple to sleep and having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The patio was the best place to enjoy dinner together and look at the ocean. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing view of the ocean and great location to walk down to the pool or right out to the beach! Plenty of room for everyone!

This two story condo accommodated our family of 8 well. The living area and kitchen provide enough space for multiple people moving around. The beach view from the deck is beautiful! We were close enough to the pool to talk to our group using the pool. The beds are comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows available. The location is very nice as it is in close to walking distance to many conveniences. As stated in other reviews the deck needs a good power washing. A beach wagon and chairs would be very helpful. The deck is large and has ample seating for 8 people. A higher vanity in the primary bathroom would be a nice upgrade. The kitchen could use a slow cooker and a few more cooking tools and silverware, otherwise there were plenty of pots, plates and cups. In all we had a very comfortable stay and would consider coming back to this condo again.

Property was very clean and met our needs. Communication throughout rental process was very good. Nice kitchen, good closet space and a washer/dryer on the condo were perfect.

Great view of the pool and the beach! Loved the size of the condo and the balconies were fantastic! The only thing I would change is to add a griddle and a crockpot so guests can do more cooking. Loved our vacation!

Clean and convenient. for all of our needs. Enjoyed water view. A little cool to start but it is March.

Arrival Was easy, and clear. Nice to just follow the directions! The home was beautiful, super clean, and exactly as advertised! Everything we could have needed!

Beautiful location, beautiful views of ocean. Clean pool area and nice hot tub. Convenient elevator and parking. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, beach toys provided. There was some deferred maintenance: broken retractable screens and a broken washer/dryer so we had no access to laundry services during our stay. Stair cap was loose and a tripping hazard. There was some deferred hurricane maintenance, which was fine. Management was responsive, but did not come on site when maintenance was happening, leaving it to us to be present.

We spent a long weekend at this unit. There were three couples. Unit was great but, the elevator quit working two days before we were to check out. It remained broken when we checked out. The issue is that you have to climb 5 stories of stairs to go anywhere. Only one elevator. One of our trip members is 72 years old and doesn’t get around as well as he used to. That created a big issue. Otherwise it was great.

We loved this location! The sunsets are beautiful and the you can view it from the condo or the beach. We did lose the internet for a short period of time but they fixed it quickly. There were a lot of restaurants open even though some of our favorites were still closed due to the hurricanes. The outdoor furniture needs some fixing but also due to the hurricanes. We will come back again because overall we did love how spacious it was and the location is perfect!

Everyone enjoyed all the space the home afforded. Some of the furniture was in need of repair.

Perfect for our stay with family to celebrate a 70th birthday

Place is great for 6 people… with a pool and right on the beach. Our problem was more with the rental company and/or owner. Not sure who we spoke with but their level of customers service was unacceptable… especially for the price. It started with the cleaning service being in the unit when we arrived… and three hours afterwards! She tried explaining how she was “running late” and how we should come back. She went on to explain the rental company was to blame because it’s too much work for her. She was very nice but we were there to relax, not to be therapists. * The unit is also in need of some TLC. Screws falling out of stools… crumbs in the chair/sofa cushions… dirty/stained towels… and lots of other details that no one is addressing. About the towels… we washed every towel ourselves (they were that disgusting) and ended up calling for complete replacement as no one was willing to use them. They said they would drop off new towels… and they did so on day 3. Sorry, not acceptable for a relaxing vacation. * The main balcony where we collectively hung out was filthy. The tiles need to be power washed… tables/chairs are gross… it’s as if the entire outdoor area has been neglected for years. * When we addressed these issues to the rental company/owners, they urged us not to leave a negative review and gave us $100. Sorry, that’s not how you handle situations like this. I really hope they get their act together because the space is great. Good luck… to you and them!

We took our entire family. The condo was clean and spacious. Was just as it appeared on the website. Beach was steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was so spacious for our trip for 6 people. The kitchen and living/dining room were large enough where we didn’t feel squished. The parking and building codes were easy to navigate after the first day. Owners were responsive questions via email. My one negative was the patio furniture is showing its age so it wasn’t an inviting place to hang out.

We were very impressed from the moment we stepped into the condo until the time we closed the door at the end of our stay. The condo is 2 stories, big and very well equipped. The views are great, the beach was great, the pool was great. Everything that you need for a stay was found in the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, resaurants and beach shops. We have nothing but good things to say about this condo and the way it was presented and run. Thanks for the good stay.

Had a wonderful visit to this property. The condo is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked with everything you need. Location is easy to access and building is well kept.
