The Space:

This lovely split-level three-story condo has a spacious floorplan and is located in the oceanfront complex of Hilton Head Beach Villa right in the heart of South Forest Beach and near Coligny Beach and Plaza! With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and many upgrades such as furniture, flooring, and appliances throughout, this home will not disappoint. The first floor of the villa consists of a den with a sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to the patio with great outdoor space. The outdoor space offers a patio dining table and chairs, a shared charcoal grill, and access to the grassy oceanfront lawn and the community pool.



On the first level, the twin bedroom has a flatscreen TV, patio access, and access to the bathroom in the upper foyer hall that features a walk-in shower. The second level of the villa is the main floor which offers an open kitchen, newly furnished living and dining areas with a slider door leading to the deck off the kitchen. The living room has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen, with granite countertops, new stainless appliances, tile flooring, and modern cabinetry has every you need to get your chef on beach-style! The two primary bedrooms are on the third level. Both are furnished with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
