We had a great stay! We could see the ocean but the room is not facing the ocean. But it was just steps to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful! Overall it was a very nice relaxing stay!

Pool was locked first few days but everything else was great! Thanks for an awesome trip!

The Condo is well decorated and steps from the beach. Weather was cool, but we did manage walks on the beach daily. Also visited Port St Joe (Provisions Restaurant very good for the prices), Apalachicola (very picturesque), Cape San Blas and St George Island. There were some glitches - The pool / hot tup did not work. With cool weather, enjoying the hot tub would have been wonderful. The elevator didn't work. Had to carry up our luggage and groceries for the week up two flights of stairs. The condo floor was swept but not mopped. My wife's white slipper sox were visibly grey after an hour of being there. Coffee pot was dirty and the bedspread had a few stains. What we found the most disturbing was not being notified the pool and elevator were not working before we got there. I have to believe the owners were aware of these things. The pool had red plastic fencing wrapped around it. We talked with other guests that had arrived a week before us who said neither elevator nor pool worked when they arrived. Also, the pots and pans had lost their non-stickiness long ago. Time for a new set. The condo is very nice, but the attention to detail has room for improvement.

The condo was exactly what it was presented to be…a very good fit for my husband and me.

Condo was great. Excellent location. We had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the elevator not working but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was the perfect size and location for two couples vacationing together. Highly recommend!!

Pros: Location, parking, check in/out, beautiful beach and vacation.Cons: Infant found some trash under the couch, and other kids handprints on the windows. Floor needed a mopping. And we couldn’t find any bath/body soap.. probably on us for not checking the description but that’s provided at most properties.Overall 4.5/5!!

The condo was nice and comfortable. The location is convenient to the beach and near by shops. I myself like the parking under the building shielding my car from the sun.

Condo very clean, roomy, well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage space. Easy beach access. Pretty beach and not too crowded. Enjoyed balcony. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoy just walking out on beach from condo - no road or street to cross or walk down. Condo's are quiet. Beach is family oriented and quiet.

The apartment was lovely, and the building is so close to the beach! Having an elevator was optimal for us. Even though it was a little grumpy (it growled sometimes), it worked fine.Other guests in the building were rather noisy at times, but that's no reflection on the hosts. The hosts were responsive to inquiries and graciously answered questions. They were evennice to give us recommendations of nearby restaurants when I asked. All-in-all, we had a great week! I would definitely work with these hosts again... and the apartment also, if we have a chance

Conveniently located to the beach with a General Store/ Fresh Seafood 2 min. Walk away. Very Clean and cozy. A great spot to enjoy a relaxing stay.

If you are looking for uncrowded beaches and beautiful white sand then Mexico Beach is for you. The condo was super clean and perfectly located for beach access. Our host family was very accommodating and always responded to emails. We’ll be back.

Was looking for a relaxing getaway just for me to unwind and it exceeded my expectations! The condo was immaculate and in an awesome location. Will be back with my family soon!

We visited Mexico Beach earlier in the year on the way back from Marianna and fell in love with the beach. We wanted to stay so looked for a hotel or apartment that was nearby. This condo is absolutely perfect. It is on the beach and beautiful inside. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We were even able to check in early which was a bonus. The hosts made us feel welcome and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely be returning here.

The condo was nice. It has everything you need. It’s right on the beach. The only issue was it needs sound proofing between floors and condos. We spent 3 days listening to feet constantly running above us and scooting furniture across the floor.
