• 2nd Floor: Bedroom with two twin beds; adjacent full hallway bathroom.

• 3rd Floor: Queen suite with bay views, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony.

Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music is permitted outside, nor loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors, as their homes are very close by. We do not permit unauthorized parties.

    Property is in a great location and the hosts are amazing! Overall, I would highly recommend the property. The only area of opportunity was the lack of central AC in the second unit and the somewhat outdated style.

    Perfect location, close to the Bay and the Beach. Can walk to either in minutes. Owner was very quick to respond and react to our needs. Enough space for our group. Parking was an issue and is tight as I had a full size truck, but if you have small cars it will work. Street parking isn't too bad, just pay attention to the street sweeper times on the main drag. The parking lot just north of the property across from the Roller Coaster park has free parking. An easy walk. The south part of the lot is for overnight stay. That is where the truck parked. It is free. There are some updates that need to be done to the property and it wasn't super clean, but you are really paying for location with this one. Close to restaurants. The bike path was great and we kayaked in the Bay. We will consider returning.
