Steps right across from Bristol Motor Speedway!!!

Beautiful property, great location. Short drive to State Street in downtown Bristol. Convenient and easy access from the street. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, very clean. Sherri was very responsive leading up to our visit, and we encountered no problems with the rental. Very comfortable and very well-maintained. We will definitely be looking to return here for our annual Rhythm and Roots visit!

Sherri’s condo is immaculate, well stocked, warm, friendly and fun! We could not have asked for anything more. We had Thanksgiving dinner with our son there. Communication with Sherri was easy and professional. Location is great in that it’s easily accessible to Bristol, Johnson City and Elizabethton. We will be back!

My parents tagged along for the weekend to watch my 1 year old while I attended and helped with a wedding nearby. The room was very clean with lots of amenities at our reach. The owner was available to answer any question I had and was very sweet. We will definitely be staying here again!

First of all, the location of the condo is enough alone to choose to stay there. Right across the street from Bristol Motor Speedway! The view is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The condo itself is by far the cleanest that we have stayed at. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to stretch out and relax. The place is loaded with luxuries. There is a TV in every room and one on the back deck. The beds and the sofas are super comfortable. The place was quiet. If we had neighbors during our stay, we couldn’t tell. It’s very secure with a gated entrance and we found out that most of the owners in Tower one live their year round. I highly recommend this condo to anyone attending an event at the speedway. We went for a Cleetus and Cars event and it was very helpful to have a condo across the street that we could walk back to and cool off or at when we got hot and tired. We probably saved around $200 during the weekend by not having to buy meals at the speedway. Sherri is an excellent host and responded very quickly on VRBO messenger when I had questions. I highly recommend this condo and will stay there again when we travel back to Bristol.

The cleanest and most well kept condo I have ever stayed in. Had all of the amenities of home. Hostess was awesome. We are already talking about planning our next girl’s weekend. Highly recommended!

Communication could not have been better!! Check in/out instructions were precise and clear. Super Clean-Super Cozy Plenty of room for 4 best friends not to kill each other. Coffee on the balcony while sitting in an actual cloud? Perfection. Location was superior- looking from the patio across the street is the massive Bristol Motor Speedway. 20 minutes to anything and almost everything. Making new reservations this evening. We own rental as well, and I am very serious when penning a review. This place was undoubtedly the best we have had the distinct pleasure to occupy. Beautifully decorated with many conveniences. Handicap parking is close, elevators to unit, one bathroom has walk in shower.

I’ve stayed at a lot of luxury hotels as well as many VRBO properties over the last several years. Sherri and her husband have thought of every detail with this property. Great communication before and during our stay. Very ,very clean. Everything you could possibly need from a kitchen, linen, or toiletries standpoint. Great beds and linens. Perfect location for the event we were attending. Fantastic AV equipment. Every single neighbor was as friendly as could be. Great book of useful info on the counter to make your stay even more enjoyable. Took me a minute to figure out how to turn on the shower in the master bath, but that was no problem. Can’t say enough good things about the owner or the property. Absolutely wonderful experience. Very cool decor and vibe!!
