Steps from the Water with Spectacular Bay Views

My family just left after a month stay in this great condo. The location is perfect, the amenites were great. The place was spotless and well appointed with furnishings and kitchen supplies etc. My brothers enjoyed fishing all day and every day. Mark our host was available when needed and made sure checkin and out as well as the rules were well defined to make it effortless. Thank you and we hope to return again!

My husband and I stayed almost a month. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The view of the bay is gorgeous! Saw manatees and dolphins. Wonderful to relax with a good book & watch the view. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Visited our favorite places on LBK and in Sarasota. Hope to return again!

We have had many monthly rentals on Longboat Key. This was the best one ever. Full bay views from floor to ceiling windows or from outdoor patio were beautiful. The condo had a large, well furnished living room, a modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, & two nice bathrooms. The private beach & pool were across the street, just a few steps away. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We will come back as soon as we can.

The location on the bay with access to the ocean was amazing. The unit is a few yards from the bay so the view from inside and outside is beautiful. The property was okay as far as aesthetics go. The kitchen and living room area was comfortable. The bedrooms were less comfortable. Lots of personal items leaving little room for our belongings. It could benefit from updates.

What a great place! The house is so comfortable and well organized. Everything You need is there (and more),the beds are very good and an amazing view!! And you only have to cross the road to get to the beautiful,quiet,beach. We truly hope to come back again. Thanks Mark and Ellia for sharing your piece of paradise.

We rented for 3 months during the spring/summer and fell in love with this unit on the bay. The unit was roomy, especially the kitchen. The view was gorgeous. We were visited daily by various birds, manatee, and occasionally dolphins. Fishing was about 15 steps out my door. The beach and pool are directly across the street. We have rented this same unit again for a future stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very nice everything was as expected. Great bay view. Owners were great to work with. Hoping to return to Longboat Key next year. Great beach right across the street.

We had a wonderful week long stay. The two bedroom unit was very clean and the decor made it feel like a modern beach getaway. The views over the bay from the back sunroom were indescribable. Whether watching a sunrise in the morning or dolphins swim by, it was one of our favorite things about the place. Also, it is less than a 2 minutes walk across the street to the private beach. We highly recommend this place. The owners were also very responsive and pleasant to work with.
