Stayed May 23, 2026Our second time staying here and we love it. The condo is beautiful and great location to the beach and especially salt rock grill within in walking distance! We will stay again in the future!

Stayed May 16, 2026Well appointed condo. Nicely decorated. 1 minute walk to the beach. Furniture was comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella were great. This worked out for us this time of yr. Place was clean and it was quick communication from host and management co. Google tvs not a fan of took a few minutes to get going on that. . Plastic cooking utensils were disappointing, no batteries in the salt and pepper grinders so might want to swap those out. And the sheets could be softer. Those were really the only little things I’d tweak to be %. Satisfied. Great location pool always a standout but the beach always amazing!! Can’t go wrong booking this one

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Pros: location to the beach was perfect. Spacious enough for family of 4. Umbrella and canopy for beach, small cooler provided which was very helpful. Cons: Bed was awful (metal springs in your back) my husband had to sleep on the couch for 4 days. The shower curtain was plastic and fell down the moment you get into the shower...water all over the floor leaked everytime someone showered. No sand toys or wagon to carry to the beach. 4 broken beach chairs ( they did replce 2...the 2nd day we were there.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024We had a wonderful stay here with lots to do. Beach was just across the street and a short walk down to water. The unit was clean and easily accessed. We were provided everything listed in the description and our stay couldn’t have been any smoother. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Excellent accommodations! Just as pictured. Beach truly is just across the street. We went to the beaches at Siesta Keys, St. Pete & Clearwater and the Beach across the street was way nicer…not crowded at all. Only thing we needed that wasn’t in the condo was sheets for the hide-a-bed couch & they delivered them the next day.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Rental was in need of cleaning. Ceramic floors left the soles of our feet very dirty , not sand, but dirt. HVAC filter needs changed. Bath exhaust needs cleaned. Bath sink drained very slow. Pool was nice but the water temp was too warm, beyond refreshing.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The location is perfect with the patio right on Gulf Blvd, and the trolley access right there as well as the beach access! Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas and everything else you need for a great vacation!
