Steps from Beach-N-Mins to SKI - Updated Interior

Amazing stay. First time there and won’t be the last! Only thing that would make this a perfect 10/10 would be onsite kayaks/paddle boards for the guest! That is an option but this start was amazing!

Its a great location with all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend.

Location is great and a tiny private beach was clean and welcoming. A very short drive or long walk to restaurants. The property is dated but clean. The bunk beds are really designed for children, but we did not need the upper part anyways. We had to buy our own coffee filters. Dishes and utensils were plenty and clean. Check-in was smooth and the management was very responsive.

Beautiful place.

Lovely stay. Excellent location. Can walk to the grocery store, a few public beaches, and restuarants if needed. We appreciated the relatively new living room flooring and couch. The one downside is that the stairway carpeting needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. But, it looked like there was some new carpet in the closet that was waiting to be installed. Would stay here again.

Place was dusty all over toilet had drop stains and the refrigerator did not work as soon as we checked in we notice we contacted management and she tried to help as much as she could, but definitely not staying there a

We stayed here during a beautiful time of the year and enjoyed being close enough to what we needed, but still feeling secluded by the lake. The place had everything we needed and then some in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and cozy, and the beach was accessible with a short walk. The neighborhood was quiet and quiet hours were observed. Wifi worked great. Couldn't figure out the surround sound, but it didn't matter much. There were even beach chairs and towels (though we didn't use them, it was a nice touch). We loved the location where we could walk to the grocery store, the beach, and many restaurants. We brought kayaks and drove to the local beach, almost like a private beach. It was a relaxing week.

We had a very enjoyable 4 day stay! The townhouse was very well equipped with everything a guest would need. Great wi-fi, lots of tv movie channels available. Very close to lake, stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is not ready for renters. When we arrived the smell was strong of cat urine. We called management and they brought over a couple products to help. 2 large fans were going. I am allergic to cats. Thought we would leave next morning but kept windows open. Carpets are filthy. Living room couch is dirty and we covered with beach towels. The patio was very dirty so we were unable to use it. The mattress were good. Beach beautiful. Need to let people know this is a two story unit with steep stairs. This is our second year we have come back to property.

Great location close to trails and right on the beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed.
