Stayed Jun 21, 2025We stayed for six weeks while our daughter was at a nearby camp. We had a great time. The unit is as advertised. The owners are wonderful to work with. The location is right on a great walking trail. It is a couple blocks from a few terrific breakfast, lunch, coffee and dinner places. The waterfront and the main shopping street (Front St.) are in walking distance but probably better by bike or car. The location is not too close to the traffic-y areas and yet still close to the action. Highly recommended.

Location was very convenient and the hosts were very responsive through the whole process. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

Stayed May 10, 2025Great place, everything as advertised. Super clean, everything we needed was there. We liked the location, 5min drive to Traverse City. Grocery store was 1/2 mile away, restaurant a couple blocks away, Bryant beach is right at the end of Garfield, TART is just behind the unit. The place is close enough to downtown yet is far enough away to keep you away from all the traffic and congestion.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Perfect place for our quick overnight in TC. The only issue we had was the heat. It was only 60 degrees when we got in late at night - very chilly only (1) extra blanket with already thin bedding to begin with - and it took most of the night to warm up, even with the modern fireplace on. Otherwise it was great, thank you so much!
