Beautiful view, quick response from host.

We travel often and we are very familiar with Las Palomas. This was the first time to use the vendor, CasaGo, as the property management company. I think the rental liisting should have disclosed that check in was loacated 15 minutes away from the rental in town and not at the resort front desk. I also would have like to know that we did not have access with our wrist bands to charge food or beverages at the resort. It actually wouldn't have mattered because we sat at the poolside bar for 15 minutes and couldn't get someone to service anyways.The condo itself was nice. The master bedroom remote control doesn't work, the secondary bedroom ceiling fan does not work, and the cleaning company missed cleaning the stickiness off the kitchen counters and there was food left in tupperware in the refrigerator. The secondary bathroom is very tedious to get hot water, the master bathroom is so incredibly hot it almost scalds. Old Plumbing possibly needs to be adjusted. As I'm getting older, it's more difficult to hold the heaviness and the fast closing of the front door as well. It literally knocks me off my feet of how hard it is to open and self close. The light in the master shower was not working, however when I told the housekeeper she sent someone immediately to resolve it.

Our time at the pool was amazing, We had no problems with our stay. The pool area was very kid friendly with many kids present.

Pool time great but lots need maintenance, ie , tiles broken or gone. Friday night lots of kids screaming around pool area very late at night, like 11 pm. Isn’t there pool hours? Will never stay in another property managed by Casago. Cumbersome and get no privileges at resort!

The propery is awesome. We loved the ocen views from the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is welleqipped with almost everything one could need to cook and store leftovers. The check in process has become much faster and smoother.

Great stay overall. We were able to pick up our wristbands and enjoy the pool and beach prior to check-in time. The unit had a huge patio to sit out and enjoy the view and weather. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was what we expected from the listing.

This resort is the ideal place to go and relax. The condo was exactly what we expected from the listing. The host was kind enough to email me ahead of time letting me know about road conditions! Would definitely stay again.

Been visitng Puerto Peñasco for 25 years. Since Las Palomas opened I’ve been staying at this resort in different owner suites. I’ve stayed in the penthouse, the 3 bedrooms hanging over the beach, and everything in between. This is an excellent property with just the right touch of features and cultural design influence. Great stay and thank you so much! Oh, and property owner is very easy to contact and quick to respond if needed.

Stayed for two nights, three adults and two kids. This was the first time we stayed in phase I and I have zero complaints! Far enough away from the elevator that you don’t get any noise, nice large master bedroom and bathroom and plenty of room in the 2nd bedroom. I hadn’t received confirmation directly from the resort, so I reached out to the host a few days before our stay. She responded quickly and made sure my reservation was good to go so that we had no issues upon check in! All in all a great stay and would stay again!
