Stayed Aug 30, 2025The condo complex is right across the street from the beach. There is a beautiful pool and a full time security guard who is helpful and friendly. This is a first floor condo but you can still see the ocean from the front room, which also looks out on the pool. The property manager is helpful and available. The condo is nicely appointed and the beds are comfortable. The Main Street in Jaco is an easy walk so it’s easy to find nightlife, restaurants, and other necessities. The condo is centrally located in Jaco, so pretty much the whole town is easily accessed.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025Owner, Tony and property manager, Yorlene were both wonderful to work with. Condo was nicely stocked with everything we needed and very comfortable. Pool was beautiful and we had a great time making new friends. Beach was just steps away for a walk daily and hiking in the mountains nearby. So many restaurants and shopping were within easy walking distance with Uber and taxi service available. It is definitely my happy place and I look forward to returning again next year.
