Stayed Mar 13, 2026We had a great stay at this property. The location is in a gated community so make sure you know the name of your rental building when you first approach the gate. Our stay was in March, we were aware the pool was not heated. We were able to use the pool loungers on a windy day but the bathrooms at the pool were not working properly. We also had an issue with the dishwasher and the hotwater tank. The management company responded quickly and everything was fixed the next day. The kitchen had everything we needed, well stocked. The unit was very clean.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026Great space, great views, and good amenities. Although we were there in January and couldn't use the pool, the walk to the beach was right outside the pool area - just a few steps away.Remember to bring your own bath soap!Things that can be better - The secondary showers were not able to get hot water. There were stains on the linen and rust on the bathroom counters, shower heads, and faucets.We never had to contact the host; everything was self-explanatory.

Stayed May 19, 2024Overall, this property was a good experience. The ocean view was beautiful and the pool was peaceful (however, half the property was under construction, so I’m guessing it would be busier otherwise). The condo had all the necessities but we were surprised it didn’t have beach/pool towels for use. The condo was only a 6/10 for cleanliness (we fund some strays under the couch and the dishes were spotty). Additionally, with the construction (which we were aware of) the water had to be turned off on 3 separate days for ~4 hours each (which was not expected). However, the communication with the owner/vacation team was really good and they refunded us some money for the inconvenience. Overall, I give the place a 7.5/10.
