Our Glenelg home is a private and secure space for you and your family or friends to enjoy. Fully fenced and locked entrance and an off street parking space.

Our bathroom contains: a shower, washing machine, toilet, basin and comes ready with bathroom amenities.



The open plan living/ dining room has: a 3 seater sofa w/ chase, a new smart TV, and a 4 seater dining Set.



The spacious kitchen has: Fridge + Freezer, Coffee machine + coffee pods, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove and full crockery and cutlery sets.



Secure, fenced outdoor area.

All beds will be made up as they are in the photos with fresh linen and towels. Basic cooking and bathroom amenities are also provided.

Glenelg is a beautiful beachside suburb in Adelaide. 5 minutes away from the shore. Plenty of shops and activities to do just walking distance away. Glenelg is home to many renowned cafes, restaurants and family destinations. Some points of interest nearby include: Glenelg Jetty Rd, The Beach House amusement centre, The Marina Restaurants and many more sights for you to discover.



Getting Around:

There is onsite parking and free street parking on our street.

Walking distance to Jetty Rd and Glenelg beach.

Lots of public transport options with a bus route located on our street that can take you to Brighton, Marion or the city.

Also nearby on Jetty Rd is the Glenelg tram line, which makes getting into the Adelaide CBD easy.

    The unit is very comfortable for a small family. It is in a good area, close to the beach and a good range of restaurants for eating out. It also has good catering facilities for when you want to cook at home. Overall a good place to stay.

    Externally the place looks nice and the positioning near the beach and shops is excellent. The interior is a little tired and water damaged in kitchen and bathroom. The couch needed new springs and the metal kitchen chairs need cushions. Bedding and linen was adequate. No dishwasher tablets were provided. The additional fee at check in time was never mentioned until check in and was excessive for the type of residence. We did not break or damage anything and the extra 55 was disappointing!

    Location and facilities were excellent. We need to mention some maintenance issues:-1. Inability to directly contact somebody for help.2. Wifi failed half-way through our stay.3. Fridge defrosts water onto floor boards.4. Front and rear outside lights not working.5. Wall switch broken and potential for electrocution.6. Bins were not previously emptied (i.e. were completely full).7. Could be cleaner, particularly regarding the oven.Otherwise, we would readily choose to stay here again.

    Such an easy, quiet spot to stay for country kids coming to the city for SAPSASA footy. Great location, easy access to everything. Only annoying bit was no dryer so had to go to the laundromat down the road to get uniforms dry for the kids each day...

    Enjoyed our stay. Very quaint little area. Perfect for what we needed. Supplied all the essentials and very close to lots of shops and cafes in the area. We couldnt work out the ducted heating but the split machine was enough to keep us warm in May. Overall. Very pleasant stay.

    This two-bedroom single-storey townhouse in a small complex is located a few minutes walk to good quality cafes and restaurants in Glenelg South, and to the beach in the other direction. It has its own reserved off-street parking space. There is really no traffic noise as this townhouse is further from the road than others in this complex. We stayed for 5 days and were pleasantly surprised that all liquid containers were full (unlike many places where you have only one or two days' supply even for a longish stay). The windows everywhere have blockout blinds, so if you are a dark-bedroom fanatic like me you'll have no issue. So, we highly recommend this accommodation to you and we'd happily return. We do, however, recommend that if you stay in winter to ask for extra blankets. The A/C unit is outside the bedrooms (unheated), so unless you leave the bedroom doors open you may feel quite cold on a winter night (we stayed mid-June).
