Stayed Jan 1, 2024Be aware of the keyless entry in and out of building, room, and parking. You will be downloading an app for this. Easy to use, however the feature on the app where it says you can share the key-does not work! We tried multiple times!!! Also, apparently the unit has more rooms than available parking spots! It is stated that you may have to park in two locations away from the unit-closest one being half a mile away. At check in time I was told it was only a block away and $15 a day. Both were wrong. It was $20 and .6 mile walk. Yes, there's a free ride shuttle but it wasn't running. The property manager should clearly state to call ahead and reserve parking with unit rental. Now onto the worst part. I was able to reserve two of our four night stay(last two nights) when I went to leave on the last day-the keyless entry no longer worked! It was a huge debacle and ultimately ended in the property manager arguing with me, telling me that I had only reserved Wednesday night. He was so rude, horrible customer service!! So, basically my stay at the village building wetterhorn was very nice! My complaints go 100% towards the great western lodging and their foul customer service!

Stayed Feb 5, 2023Overall it was a great stay. The keys/cards to open the unit were constantly not working. We were locked out of our room the first night with keys/cards that would not work, but the property manager came out and gave us new keys. The new keys worked at first, but the next day it would take 5-6 tries before it would finally accept the card.

Stayed Jan 16, 2021Where to begin? After booking nobody ever reached out to me with check in instructions. We arrived at the property went to the check-in desk and were told we could not check in there and we needed to contact the owner directly. I found contact information for great Western lodging that manages this property and they informed me I needed to drive across town to pick up key cards and a welcome packet. I was also told we would not be provided with any on-site parking and we need to park offsite for $25 a night and take a shuttle to the property. Once I picked up the key cards, parked, and got up to the room the key cards would not work. I contacted the property management company and they told me I will need to drive back across town again to get replacement cards. I took the shuttle back to my car drove across Town got the replacement key cards parked again went up to the room and these cards did not work either. I contacted the property management company for the third time they said they were very sorry they must be having a problem with their system and somebody would be right over to let us in. 20 minutes later somebody showed up let us in and gave us their master card to use. Almost 2 hours after trying to initially check in we were finally in our room. Now for a review of the room there were stains on the bed comforters. None of the TV remote controls had batteries in them. The electrical outlets in the master bathroom do not work. there were stains that looked like blood on the bathroom towels. One of the two shower doors in the master bathroom is completely missing. And now for the best part the shower door had clearly been shattered recently because there was tiny shards of sharp broken glass all over the entire condo. It was on the floor of the bathroom, it was in the towels themselves in the bathroom, it was all over the carpet in the living room, it was all over the carpet in the bedroom. I called the property management company again to inform them of all of this. I was told they would send somebody the next day to clean up the glass and put up a shower curtain to cover the missing shower door. They also said they would see about possibly getting me a voucher for a free dinner as compensation. The next day somebody did come clean up most of the glassBut they didn’t put up any shower curtain and I was never contacted about a free meal. I have made repeated attempts to speak with somebody with management and so far I’ve got no answer

Stayed Dec 26, 2019The shower in the master bathroom is severely outdated--and one has a difficult time adjusting the shower to the correct temperature. The refrigerator was set extremely low so after we went to City Market and placed our food inside, we learned the next morning that much of it was ruined because of the temperature. The batteries on the remote from the television over the fireplace went out so we had to finally swap out the batteries from the television in the master bathroom. The keys were easily deactivated so one time when we went to the whirlpool we could not get in. When we went to the front desk at the hotel where the whirlpool is located we were told that they would not help us because the Village is not associated with the hotel--even though we have the right to utilize the jacuzzis. The location is perfect, however--right near the lift and walking distance from main street.

Stayed Mar 10, 2018The place was very nice and accommodated 4 adults well. Great view and extremely close to lift and easy walking to downtown. It was difficult to get temperature down at night even with thermostats OFF, stuffy. Plates and glassware were great, but knives and cookware were subpar for a place at this price point.
