#27 Settler’s Crossing is a condo so cosy, you’ll always return! It’s private and surrounded by nature, yet a 15 minute stroll to the main village along the pretty village walk. Additionally , if you’re a big group, looking for accommodation, we have #7 available for you too. Send us a message and we can get you organised. Each unit has one underground car park.

At #27, you will get so much more than just punching in a code and walking into a property. A smallwelcome gift of essentials on arrival, property information sent to you five days before your check in, owners available to answer all of your questions, plus local tips and a condo set up by people who have spent time living in it (us).

If you fancy cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances you might need, including a Kitchen Aid for you to make all that bread you perfected during Covid. What's more, we now have a delivery service that will drop off all of the ingredients you need for your recipes. For the mornings, you have a choice of a drip coffee machine or a Nespresso Vertuo with complementary pods on arrival. If cooking isn't your thing, we can recommend local restaurants and a deli that makes delicious meals for you to heat up at and enjoy at home.

There are TV's in both bedrooms, as well as boot and glove warmers in the secondary bedroom for you to get nicely heated up before a bit day out on the mountains.

Our condo is on the upper level, and there is a beautiful view of the mountains that you can see from the large living room windows and the hot tub on the patio. Adjacent to the complex is the golf course, which turns into your ski in ski out path over winter. It's a really beautiful trip off Sundance Mountain, down Rambler, the East Village Ski Way and to your front door. There's no diving through trees and cross country involved. If we can do it, trust us- you can too!

LOCATION & DETAILED SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION:

Settler's Crossing is located in the East Village which means the complex is ski-in/ski-out by way of the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive.

From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way, and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex.

From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down.

Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the next complex over and it's just a short walk back to Settler's Crossing.

To ski-out, from the lower-numbered side of the complex, pass the trees to hop on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts.

Alternatively, walking to these chairlifts takes approximately 3 - 5 minutes.

    Fabulous accommodation. Very easy ski in and ski out. Nice private hot tub. Spacious open plan layout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Loved the heated boot warmer. Great host communication. Responsive and accommodating. Rubbish collection service and underground parking were big pluses.
