Awesome host and property. Fantastic location in the heart of the historic district. Walk everywhere. Pass to park in the deck one block away is an added bonus! Jack is thorough, communicative, and has thought of everything to ensure his guests have a wonderful stay. HIGHLY recommend!

Jack is a helpful host, not too much, not too little. Perfect space for a couple and the location can't be beat.

My husband & I absolutely love, love, love this cute & perfect place! It was exactly as advertised. The check in & out process was a breeze. It was very clean and has all of the amenities of home. They thought of everything from shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, first aid kit, coffee filters, spices. I can continue but I’ll stop at that. The location is perfect & in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops & River Walk. A huge bonus for this place is that a parking pass is provided for parking your car in the nearby garage located a short block away. The pass provided us a free place to park our car (with in & out access) during our stay. The Property Manager Jack was very nice and accessible for any questions you might have. He even reached out to me the day of our check in to wish us a wonderful stay. I will definitely book this place again on my next visit to Savannah! It exceeded my expectations!

This was our first time to Savannah and it was just perfect. Communication with Jack was outstanding, he kept checking in to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything to ask. His home is just perfect and exactly as posted. It was so comfortable and not a thing was needed!!! The location is amazing, so close to the river and Leopold's Ice Cream!!! The parking garage pass was KEY as parking can be a bit challenging. HIGHLY recommend staying at State Street Retreat!!! Thank you for a a fantatisc weekend Jack!!!

This was our first adult trip down to Savannah without kids. We came with no plans, and it was the best weekend we've had in some time. The property is in the heart of everything you could want to do while still being on a quiet, beautiful street. To be honest, we didn't spend much time at the condo because we were out walking, eating, drinking and just enjoying the sights of every corner we turned. However, when we needed a break, it was so close to where we already were walking, that we were able to swing by and quickly get changed for dinner and shoot straight out. The condo has everything you could need and the check in-check out was flawless and simple. Provided parking just one block over is a secure parking deck that is easy to get to. The host, Jack, was extremely quick and easy to communicate with. He provided us a lengthy list of recommendations and local insight. We will 100% be back to this exact condo for all future trips to Savannah!

Great location, just as pictured and described on the website. Loved not having to worry about parking! The host was so very helpful every step of the way. Thank you for offering your place to us so we can enjoy Savannah. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!
