STARS ~ 4 bedroom, 2 Bath Condo, Shared Heated Pool, Downtown Location!

We love the set up of the house. The large pool area was fantastic for hanging out. The heated pool was a great place for morning laps. Quite neighborhood and close to everything. Property manager was great at communicating.

The rooms all had door to the outside pool area, so we didn't have to walk through other couples rooms. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking. The pool was a fantastic temperature. We love the fact that the property was in a quiet neighborhood b, but close enough to walk a few blocks to the grocery store or Duvall street.

Pros: location was great, had enough room for 9 of us. Host/property manager was quick to respond to issues. Easy check in/out.Cons: the pictures online must be pretty dated. The entire pool area is completely shaded and there is nowhere to sun yourself. The pool patio furniture was in desperate need of power washing, we wouldnt even sit in some of the chairs. And the pool area in general was just ok at best, needs maintenance, a few boards around the deck were busted. The fit and finish for the amount we paid was definitely under par. Door handle completely fell off front door that had tape over the lock. If people are renting upstairs, you will hear them.

Such a cute place in the heart of Key West. Walking distance to the marina where we kept our boat. Walking distance to great restaurants and amazing nightlife but far enough a way to be very, very quiet. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

We also notice one of the doors dead bolts to the pool would not lock and we had kids (which was noted in our reservations)that could have easily accessed the pool area. One of the cabinet shelves in kitchen was full of bugs and bud debris. Other than those issues everything was wonderful. Beds were extremely comfortable, set up was perfect for our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall great experience. Did not realize you had to walk thru bedrooms to get into each. Did have outside doors but still a hassle. Some towels had stains. Advised leaving at 10am. Cleaning crew came at 930 and say outside window waiting for us to leave. But again great location and size.

We had 4 couples stay at this amazing property. The house is perfect; each couple had a bedroom which had its own door to the outside. The garden/pool area is so relaxing, quiet and beautifully protected from the sun. Easy walking distance to Duvall Street, Mallory Square, etc. The host and property managers were very accommodating and quick to respond. We definitely will return to this property.

This property was great for a fishing weekend and nightlife in Key West. Near everything you want. Food, entertainment, fishing etc. Easy uber to airport, so rental car not needed.

Lots of room, comfy beds, large kitchen. Air worked well. Pool was very nice as well. Recommend this place.

You need to travel through a bedroom to get to the back two bedrooms. The back two bedrooms have outside access so you can get to the kitchen by going outside without having to go through the connecting bedroom. We were only two couples, so not an issue for us but might have been of we brough more people. Excellent location. We never need to use our car. Property manager was very responsive before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property

My family and I took a vote -- this was the best ever. It was super-clean and so well-equipped. My sister-in-law was excited about the ice-maker and the cocktail shaker in particular. It's in a great part of the Old Town -- a quieter part but just a step to everything on Duval and beyond. LOVED the fact we could watch college football on the big TV as well. The check-in was so easy and great communication from the hosts. A bonus was the parking spot, OK it was shared with the upstairs property, but still that's rare and good. The pool looked fun and a really nice outdoor space to a picnic/BBQ and TWO washers and dryers. Would highly recommend. Far exceeded my (rather picky) expectations :) If you want to experience the best of Key West, this is a great choice.
