St Augustine Crescent Beach Beachfront Ocean View Patio and Heated Pool

The cleanliness, communication with the owner, on-the-beach location, proximity to St. Augustina and overall vibe were all 5-star attributes of our stay at this excellent property on Crescent beach. This is the perfect condo for a two people looking for great value and amenities.

Incredible view of the ocean from the moment you enter the unit. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable unit. Hosts were wonderful and attentive to our needs. We loved being away from traffic of the tourist areas but still close enough to get to Old Town St. Augustine, Flagler and other nearby coastal towns. Beach is private, clean and easy to get to. Pool and grilling areas are nicely laid out.Will definitely reserve this unit on our next visit to St. Augustine.

The unit has sliding glass door that opens to a small yet private seating area with a picturesque view of the ocean. The unit was clean, and they did an exceptional interior decorating to maximize the space. Walking to the beach take a short couple of minutes to what feels like a your own private and open beach. I highly recommend, and ready to move their from Ohio.

We had a beautiful stay at Pam’s Place. The accommodations and amenities were exactly what we needed. We loved watching the sunrise every morning and being so close to the beach. Kevin, our host was very informative and gave us lots of tips for local spots as well as St. Augustine information. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy spot for 2 with a gorgeous view! The location offers something for everybody, and you are surrounded by great seafood. I would definitely come back.

Our stay at this property was exceptional. I have stayed at Beecher Lodge, several times in the past. The view, the cleanliness, and the host were the best ever.

This place was everything it advertised. It was clean. The location was great. Check in could not have been easie. We had our own private palm tree. The owners were very helpful and clearly just wanted us to have a good vacation. We would highly recommend this place.

Great weekend getaway spot! Exactly as pictured/described, with responsive hosts. Beautiful view of the ocean.

We chose this property mainly because of the great reviews. Even though we expected it to be good, it exceeded our expectations. The condo was perfect, the view was beautiful, the beach was so nice and easy to walk up and down. The location is convenient to all the sights you would want to see in St. Augustine. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back.

Kevin and Pam provided an exceptional place to stay. They thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable from the furniture to the bedding, they even had a dehumidifier which made a world of difference. We truly felt like guest in their condo, not just guest in someone’s rental property supplied with the cheapest quality stuff to get by. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again.

Great place

This newly remodeled condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was decorated beautifully with the same colors throughout. Everything you could think of was there. Beach umbrella and chairs, rain umbrella, luxurious towels, puzzle and books. The owners live in town and are willing to make your stay a pleasant one. The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful! It was very clean. The heated pool and sandy beach were great! It would have been nice to have better water pressure in the bathroom, but we made it work. I recommend this lovely place and would stay here again!

June 20-25, 2025This place was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The condo was very clean, the furniture was nice, the bed was so comfortable and it was decorated so cute! We had everything we needed, and items in the condo that most others wouldn't have! Beach chairs and umbrellas were also available (and beach towels) that were great! One umbrella was sufficient for both chairs, but there was two. Easy access and a very short walk to the pool and the beach. Beautiful views! The sunrise was amazing everyday from the patio, even watching from the inside. The patio furniture is very nice too! Saw dolphins from the patio, and even sea turtles a couple days from the boardwalk to the beach. The complex has pay washer and dryer access which we also took advantage of and it worked great. Tony's pizza was handy being across the road, delicious food and they will deliver to you. The island café is also there for coffee and ice cream. We ate at many restaurants in St. Augustine, all delicious. The condo owners also recommended some of their favorites! We ate at Caps on the Water, Beaches at Vilano, Meenhan's Irish Pub, and Oasis. We also did the trolly tour in St. Augustine and a few other attractions. The check in was easy, and the communication with the owners Kevin & Pam was awesome. They were quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I hope we can return sometime soon!

We loved the condo. It was perfect for my husband and myself. The condo was very charming and clean. Kevin informed us that the condo was ready for us earlier then expected and informed us of the oncoming storm.

This place was just perfect for my husband and me. The view of the ocean while in the condo was beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We used the umbrella and beach chairs when we went to the beach, so thank you for those! The communication couldn't have been better throughout the process which was greatly appreciated.

My bride and I thoroughly enjoyed spending our honeymoon in this cute beachfront cottage! You get a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and patio - we even saw some dolphins breaching in the morning of our departure! I only contacted the owners when we arrived and when we departed, but Kevin seemed very friendly and helpful. I'd be more than happy to stay here again if we come back to St. Augustine.

Excellent location for beach getaway

The property is as clean and new as it is in the photos. The owners were very communicative and helpful with anything you need. The beach amenities are above and beyond the usual which included towels, umbrellas, chairs, and even aloe which made our stay super smooth. The pier of the property leads right to soft sand and ocean where you can go back to the condo for lunch very easily. The beach is public access but it wasn't crowded. We spent a lot of time on the patio as well.

We had a wonderful two week stay in this lovely, upgraded condo that is perfectly decorated. Although small, an efficient use of space is evident throughout. A toaster over may have helped heat up dinners, but we managed. So many things to do and places to eat! Also, the owners graciously offered any assistance if needed. I've been to many beaches along the Atlantic coast, and this one is certainly one of the best. Many thanks to the hosts, and hope to return!

Perfect spot for 2. Very small and a limited space to cook but it was extremely clean and well taken care of. Very comfortable bed. The patio overlooking the ocean was so nice to see sunrise and star gaze at night. Pool is very nice and clean and a short walk from the condo as was the beach walkway as well. The downtown historic area of St. Augustine was only 10 miles up the road.

Loved our stay. Very clean and cozy. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed listening to the surf from the condo. Kitchen is nicely equip and we were able to cook our meals. Easy drive to downtown historic district. I'd love to stay again.

Kevin and Pam’s place was awesome!! We had no problems and they stayed in contact with us to confirm everything was going well. The location of their condo was the best part. Just steps away from a beautiful beach that you can walk on for miles. We had the most relaxing vacation. The condo is very clean. Loved sitting out on the patio watching the sunrise with our morning coffee. Would love to come back someday and stay at this condo.

Perfect spot for our short stay to see a concert at the amphitheatre. Will book again. Great views and easy access to the beach.

This is a well decorated small condo perfect for two. It's great to open up the curtains and see the ocean, to sit on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning, and to be steps away from the beach access. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our short stay at this condo. It had everything we needed. And even if it didnt, the sunrises would make up for it. Kevin was very kind and sent a text just to ensure we had everything we needed.
