Clean and courteous staff highly recommend

I'm not recommending this place. Showed up at the front desk, the owner had forgotten to register us that resulted in a long wait. Condo was clean, but with an atrocious chemical smell, most likely due to the cleaning product they used. Wifi was not working (technical issues), I which resulted in no access to any television channels. Owner was responsive but didn't take any responsibility for what went wrong. I was there for only one night, and It was more than enough. Never again.

This is a beautiful property inside and out. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay. Many restaurants within a five mile radius. I would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful view and nice pool!!!

We had a great time here. The property felt very safe. The view was beautiful, we enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai every morning. We enjoyed the pool and the dock. The kitchen was equipped well enough--not great quality, but they had everyrhing we needed. It was pretty close to the local attractions with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

We had to buy bug spray due to roaches in the kitchen mainly. Also the sink off the bedroom was slow draining so that it would almost run over before you could brush your teeth The location was beautiful and nicely located for the wedding I was attending.

Overall the property was in pretty good condition it was conveniently located close to many amenities in and around town including universal SeaWorld in Disney. They were plenty of towels in washcloths not enough paper towels or toilet paper. I guess being in a condo type complex it's hard to cool off the rooms the air was musky and dank. And there were some roaches in the kitchen not many but enough to be seen each day.

My stay was good Is just couple things the was not good The apartment was dirty and need so much upgrades But everything else was good

Everything was great and just as described. Great location not far from any main attractions. Management was great and host was awesome very responsive to any questions or accommodations. Highly recommend and I will be booking again.God is good

Big room balcony was nice

I was very happy at this spacious condo. Nice view of the lake and the pool. Very clean and well stocked.

Nice 9th floor condo super close to Disney Springs. Convenient location for travel any direction. Great restaurants nearby, nice pool, good parking. 5th stay at this complex and would stay again.

Apartment was great only thing that was missing was extra bed linens for the pull out couch and towels and dishcloths for the kitchen

The actual unit was great. Pretty view. The furniture was a little outdated, but it would have been great. In the evening time out came a hundreds of German roaches scurrying everywhere. It really sucked because this was a birthday gift to my husband. We decided to leave early because it was gross and I was terrified the roaches would get in our luggage and I would bring them home. They are impossible to get rid of. Anyway birthday trip ruined. When we went to the desk to tell her, she was rude and offered no help or solution.

Property was in a great location for what we planned while in Florida. The property was more dated than pics showed, but still a great value. Pool area was clean. Epcot fireworks are out the front door, which was a little confusing based on the listing information. Otherwise, no major complaints.

The property was just as described and it was very quiet (in November). The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the view of Lake Bryan was beautiful. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub but it looked nice from the balcony, along with the deck that led to the lake. The property manager responded to all requests very quickly.

Great condo with wonderful views. About 3 miles from Disney. Owner very responsive. Would stay again!

Everything was great!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed her It is in a great location. There was something that needed to be fixed - the owners were contacted and it was resolved that day. I would highly recommend this property. We've stayed twice..

Your property was great for my husband and I. Close to lots of things to do. I loved the pool also.

We were absolutely thrilled with this rental property. We found it to be exceptionally clean, the check in process was smooth and it provided the perfect respite following busy days in nearby attractions. The location was central to all of the major theme parks and only minutes fro 192 and the multitude of restaurants and gift shops found there. We will absolutely return to this property for future vacations.

This property had amazing views on both sides and the location is great, close to shopping and pool was never crowded and clean. The unit itself seems a little run down, the toilet in the master is not hooked to the floor and fan in living did not work. Bedding and other amenities were a little worn and not as luxurious as typically see but the views made up for it!

We used this condo for our trip to Universal and it met all of our needs. Easy drive to the park, clean, comfortably slept the four of us. The beautiful view of the lake was an added bonus. Would recommend as a place to stay.

The location is the best thing about this resort. It's not far from the airport, around lots of restaurants, and shops.There are no extra things, like a welcome sign or information about checking in/out, that other VRBO's we've booked at have. Communication with the host was horrible. I contacted the host the day after we arrived due to the ceiling fan in the living room not working. He said he'd get someone sent up to take a look at it. Over 24 hrs passed and I reached out once again asking when the fan could be fixed. Zero reply back and we stayed five nights. Florida is hot and not having a working celing fan in the main area is inconvenient, especially when it comes to needing it to sleep. Also, the balcony light did not work. The only thing that made this 3 stars worthy is the location and swing on the balcony.

It was a wonderful place to stay. A family of four had plenty of room. The view of the lake was amazing.
