Spotless 2nd Flr., 2 Bdrm Luxury Condo with Spectacular Golf & Lake Views

This property is tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout. All the amenities were provided to ensure our stay was perfect. Cannot find fault with any aspect. Communication with owner has been exemplary so that the whole process was easy. Having transferred the membership, access to other courses on the reciprocal list was organised via the pro shop including the tee booking. All the Spring Run staff were most helpful. The Spring Run golf course is a good challenge for any level of ability and the facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This is the best accommodation that we have found in all the years we have been travelling to SW Florida. A real gem.

I’ve been coming to Bonita Springs for my March vacation for eight years. This condo is hands down the best one I’ve had the pleasure to rent. Everything supplied is of superior quality. The amenities, the people and staff amazing. Waking up to the view from the lanai beautiful. If available would rent this jewel again.

This beautiful condo was picture perfect as we enjoyed spectacular views of the golf course and bubbling ponds especially when we dined on the lovely lanai. An abundance of activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, water aerobics and lectures were available to us. Steps away from the immaculate condo was a serene heated swimming pool with hot tub. Dining was made easy with barbecue grills adjacent to the pool. Additional full dining experiences were offered at the clubhouse. The clubhouse also included a Fitness Center and golf boutique. A short walk or bike ride away brought us to a full shopping and dining experience at Coconut Point. The owners provided all necessary information for more than a comfortable Winter stay. Our five star rating would sincerely be given to our family and friends. This was truly a “ Fun in the Sun” time in our life and we are counting the days till our return! Barbara and Butch

GREAT VIEW FROM LANAI---SUN ON LANAI TILL LATE MORNING. WELL EQUIPPED VILLA----ALL APPLIANCES APPEAR NEW OR ALMOST NEW. I HAVE BEEN STAYING INTHIS AREA FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST I HAVE STAYED ---RESIDENT IN THE SAME AREA TO HANDLE ANY MINOR PROBLEMS ---I SHOULD ADD I DID NOT HAVE ANY. . CERTAINLY THE BEST OWNER ---VERY HELPFUL. NICE NEIGHBORS ALSO.

We found this outstanding Spring Run property January through March 2016. The unit is located on a corner property that provides a unique view of Shadow Lake and the bounding portions of the Spring Run golf course. The unit's well appointed lanai looks over a quiet pond we learned to be a gathering place for many of Florida's water birds; we observed wood storks, white pelicans, egrets, herons, and of course, turtles. It proved to be an ideal place to enjoy morning coffee with the rising sun and in the evening a glass of wine to accompany the view of the reflected sunset. We found the condo meticulously cleaned and tastefully furnished including a fully functional kitchen with everything we needed(and more!) and a modern laundry. This unit provides two super comfortable beds, the king-size bed we experienced and the guest room queen that received kudos from our visiting family members. Beyond that, WiFi service was available throughout the unit-there's an entertainment center located in the main room, a second HDTV in master bedroom and a 3rd TV in the guest bedroom. The neighborhood swimming pool / barbecue site is just across the street. The Spring Run Club facilities are first-class with an experienced, friendly staff. We used the fitness center daily and while neither of us golf, the Spring Run course provided wonderful vistas of a beautiful peaceful park. Owners Brian and Mary genuinely cared that we were satisfied, and provided neighbors' names as local contacts if any problem developed. If, like us, you are looking for a comfortable, secure, and fully equipped condo in a peaceful surrounding, with high quality shopping and dining nearby, this is it! We definitely plan to be back!

A picture perfect vacation condo in a quiet location, a well maintained golf course at the doorstep and very helpful people all around. We (m 66 / f 58) rented this condo in October 2015 after we had discovered it on the internet. The owner was very helpful in guiding us through some inevitable paper work including the transfer membership at Spring Run golf club. The condo’s location is just perfect. Situated in the most quiet part of the gated community, there is no traffic noise. Actually, there is hardly any noise at all. Frome the lanai we enjoyed the view on the first fairway and on the nineth tee. A generous pool area is just across the street. Within 15 minutes drive we found everything in terms of shopping, including golf shops and outlet malls, as well as lovely beaches and a large variety of very good restaurants. The condo itself is very nicely furnished and decorated, clean and cosy and has virtually everything, including three TV sets. Friends of ours who came to see us were enthusiastic, and so were we. We felt immediately „at home“ because everything we had expected was even exceeded in terms of quality, cleanliness and completeness. Spring Run golf course is a player friendly course and (after a complete renovation in 2014) is perfectly maintained. The staff at the pro shop is very friendly and helpful. So are the neighbours. All in all, this condo is a heavenly vacation spot. We’ve been coming to SW Florida for a dozen years in the past. This was the best condo we ever stayed in. Thank you very much!

Spent two weeks here , accommodations were excellent. Lots of room, great view on the golf, quiet, clean with a well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds, and shaded parking space. Pool across the lane , with easy access to the BBQ . Renters were accessible if needed , friendly neighbourhood and upon arrival easy access to keys and understand logistics . 10 minutes by car to beautiful beaches and shopping malls . A repeat for sure.

On our arrival day, when we came up the stairs the first thing I said was “WOW” what a view! The sunlight poured into the large living room, soft classical music played from the stereo system and a helpful welcome letter was awaiting us with a fresh pot of cyclamen flowers. We just knew we arrived “home”. The kitchen is made by or for a gourmet cook with all the needed appliances, utensils, brand new dishwasher, 3 coffee makers, Keurig, a drip machine and a French press. My husband loves his coffee! The bedroom has beautiful new furniture, including a plush king size matrass, and a large flat screen TV. The morning sunrise, through the bedroom window, is just breath-taking if you are fortunate enough to be an early riser. The condo has a Lanai that overlooks the golf course, as well as a lake with three fountains and with views of 100’s of birds, including the American Bald Eagle, Cranes, Herons, Pelicans and Egrets. The place is so restful and quiet, you wonder if the neighbors are at home. We have to leave, but we've enjoyed each day we spend at this friendly, welcoming community called “Spring Run”. I know the last thing I will think when I leave is “WOW” how I’ll miss this view….
