Below are sailboats and fishing skifs bobbing in one of the neighborhood's private boat basins. A short canal leads to wild mangrove islands, Lemon Bay, Stump Pass, and the Gulf of Mexico.

The space

This is a 2nd-floor apartment with dedicated parking and a private entry on the south side of the structure. Architectural details call out toa perfect mix of Old Florida airyness with Mid-century Modern angles. This was the home and life-long project of coastal architect FV Rossa. It is family owned and operated.

Guest access

This is a multi-unit property. Each unit has its own address, dedicated entry, porches, and docks. Guests will have exclusive access to their reserved unit, as well as all adjacent yards. See below for additional details.

Guests who plan to bring boats should inquire about docking availability and review the house rules for additional requirements. For those who do not, there are paddleboards and kayaks available at no extra charge.

TRAILERS: Trailer parking is available on an adjacent property for an additional fee. Rates vary seasonally. Please inquire before booking.
