Loved the pool area and how much to do on site

GREAT CONDO, VERY CLEAN AND EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. LOVED THE INLAW SUITE FOR MY DAUGHTER, SIL AND THEIR INFANT CHILD AND 3 YO. JUST A OVERALL GREAT CONDO AND HOPE TO RENT AGAIN IN THE SPRING.

I want to start out and say that we loved our stay at this resort and definitely will be back here, just not to this room. The room had its pros and cons. The cons for us just overruled the pros. We loved the updated appliances, the location, and the split floor plan. It was really roomy, easy to get too, and convenient. The room was actually filthy, to the point we had to wear our shoes 100% of the time because any part of our feet/body that would touch the floor would be black. It was seriously like the floors never have been cleaned. As someone who has two kiddos under two this was really inconvenient for us, we had to keep towels/blankets/sheets on the floors at all times. The vents in the room also had an abundance of mold, as you can see in one of the pictures the bathrooms do not vent well causing excessive moisture to an already moist environment probably causing the mold. The kitchen table is a heavy base with a glass top- but the top isn’t connected and just freely moves around. My daughter when eating at the table would almost tip the glass top over multiple times- it definitely is a hazard and can definitely hurt a child if not being monitored. Anytime my daughter was eating we had to then sit her on the couch and move the coffee table for her to use because we couldn’t trust she would break the glass top on the table. If this room would of been cleaned properly, had a different table, and less mold issues then we would definitely book here again.

The host was quick to answer to any of my questions and he quickly attended to my needs that same day. The check-in desk closes at 4pm so we could've check-in at the registration desk until the next morning. So when we went swimming that evening the security guard would ask my family and I if we had wristbands but couldnt get it since the front desk was closed. Not so long after, we left the pool to prepare for dinner, the same security guard would make a comment to us asking us leaving so soon?Other then that, the experience was amazing, my family and enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time and such a great location. Only issue was the condo was really sandy when we first arrived (floors, furniture, table tops, etc) I get its on a beach but I think the cleaning crew could have done a better job. It seems like the rush the job, leaving behind objects and items. There was a kids shirt shoved in between mattress and sheets, also swim shorts left on the balcony and a few different smaller things. Other then that everything was great!

We had a great time. We wished there were life guards available on the beach

We had a great family vacation at this place. Very family oriented amenities.

Have stayed here numerous times and always the best place in Panama City Beach for young children.

This is our second time staying in this condo. My grandkids love splash because of the pools, lazy river,hot tub and water park area. Plus is the mother in law suite. Host was very quick with responses with all of our questions.

We enjoyed out stay at Splash. It was nice they had a heated pool because the weather was cold.

The condo was beautiful and had a great layout for our family!A great location.. loved the parking deck and secure access!Great place for kids to have fun!

Plenty of room in the condo loved the mother in law suite toddler could nap with no interruptions. Need more storage for food. Kids loved the resort especially after one pool warmed up. Only down side which is no fault of owner the guy doing beach chairs was pushing you out even before 5

We had a great stay. It was clean and spacious. The “mother in law” suit makes it perfect for more than one family. We had a family of 3 and a family of 4. one couple stayed in the main room, 2 kids (best friends ages 10 and 11) stayed in the queen room, and then another couple with two year old staying in the mother in law suite. The mother in law suite a/c works well but can get a little warm, so i do recommend having a small fan. Resort was nice for families!

The check in process was quick and when I had trouble with the code, the host was quick to respond. Clean unit with comfortable beds.

Our stay was better than we could have imagined. There was 6 of us including me and my husband, my son and daughter in law and 2 grandchildren age 6 and 14. The 3 bedrooms each with their own balconies with ocean views and their own bathrooms, was so nice and gave each of us our personal space. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. The owner was easy to contact and answered quickly. I would highly recommend this condo.

This is a great property. Convenient to go into the hot spots but far enough away to have some peace if needed. Pools and splash zone were super hits for the youngsters. Great beach access and an Alvin's Island connected to the parking for any beach need.
