Splash Resort 2nd Floor End Unit with Beach Chairs, 3 BR, 3 BA Lock Out Suite

Pros- Over all clean. Very roomy. Nice view. Big balcony. Cons- Old worn out furniture and kitchen not fully stocked. No sugar packets for coffee. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom. Barley any paper towel. Only 2 elevators with long wait times. Having to pay for parking. Pools are cold.

Clean with no maintenance problems. Easy access to beach and on site amenities.

It was great the room was very nice and the host was very helpful we had a great time

The property was very nice and spacious, and the beach view was perfect.

Excellent location , condo was clean, sunsets beautiful, the pool areas were very nice . 4 kids , age6,3,2,1 . Perfect for families . Many extras

The stay and the condo were excellent. The condo was FULLY equipped with everything we needed for cooking and lots of fluffy towels, linens, even plenty of beach toys & equipment. The mattresses were comfy and the A/C was excellent ! the only thing we would change is the sleeper and chair, they have defiantly been well used.Over all our family can't wait to come again & hope the condo will be available next time we visit.Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Overall good. There were a few cleaning issues, mattress cover.

Condo was great! Decorated very pretty and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Also had a blowup mattress if needed and pool toys in the closet. Pools were great, and a nice short walk to the beach.The only suggestion that I would make would be safety grab bars in the bathtub/shower of the lockout suite. It’s a deep tub to step into and grab bars would be nice for us older folks, lol Otherwise, a perfect stay !

Splash resort has lots to offer for the kiddos and adults alike. Hot tub. Many pools. Splash pads. Restaurant and donut shop. Room was great for a Mimi and her two sons and their families - we all had our own space and a shared meeting space. There was also a pack and play and stroller on site.

I’ve been coming to Panama City Beach for 50+ years, going to need to keep moving west! I love it, but too many people.

Rooms were excellent! Beach Great! Splash resort pools and splash pad not as good. Lazy river too lazy almost needed a paddle. Smallest splash pad not fully working and in full hot sun for little ones. Larger splash pad and pool had rules posted but not enforced (7 to 12 year olds unattended, throwing balls and float devices too large). Extremely loud in this area!

Gorgeous unit with all amenities. Each bedroom has its own balcony. Spacious family room and dining area. Beach chairs were included. Great location to elevators and closer to beach ?️

The condo and property were both perfect for our family vacation! The condo was clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful! The ocean view eS stunning.this condo.

Amazing condo. Perfect for our extended family vacation because my husband and I could stay in one room with our own bath, small kitchen area, and our own balcony. Our daughter and her husband had their own room ith a larger bathroom and their own balcony. They stayed in this room because they had 2 young children sleeping on the sofa sleeper right next to their room and since it had both a shower and a tub and 2 sinks, this worked well since they had more people using that bathroom. My other daughter had her own room with her own bathroom right across from her room. We all enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and hot tub. The kids also did the splash area with slides. There is no longer an arcade, dive in movie, or mini bowling that I saw posted earlier. They now have a little food area with donuts, dole whip (yummy), coffee, drinks, etc. We had pizza at the Rip tide restaurant there. It was okay and handy. There is a parking garage that we could always find a spot in. Alvin's Island is located by the parking garage and had t-shirts, souveniers, and beach supplies. This condo is on the 2nd floor so we could just use the stairs and never had to wait for elevators. Every bedroom and the living room has great balcony views of the ocean. The mattress on the sofa sleeper seemed much nicer than any I've seen at hotels. We used the dish washer and the laundry... both worked fine. Quick response to a question I had about how to reserve the beach chairs/umbrella...enjoyed them.

Very nice overall furnishing in living room starting to show their age but no issues. Thinking about booking for next year.
