Splash Penthouse Amazing Panoramic Views! Free Beach Chair Set-Up!

Property was just as described, the views are amazing. Had the pleasure of watching the fireworks from Pier Park right from the Balcony for New Years.

It was the perfect place for our whole family! Plenty of room for everyone. The place was very clean and welcoming.

Amazing experience! The apartment is better than the pictures. Very clean and responsive host. Our group consisted of two families and we loved that there were two primary bedrooms! The kids all had their own room, which was great when they went to bed early and the parents got to still hangout. Views are incredible, we saw dolphins every other day. Loved having coffee on the balcony. Easy access to pools and the beach made being on a vacation with toddlers great. We still got to watch sunsets / see the beach when the kids wanted to swim in the evening. Loved that the beach chairs were part of the rental. Going up to the room to do nap time or diaper change was so easy. We did not have issues with the elevators / they arrived timely.

We had such a great trip and this condo had everything we needed. Views from balcony were amazing. The unit has enough room for us to be together but with 4 bedrooms, we had our privacy also. Highly recommend!

The views are amazing- the corner balcony was one of our favorite features. We liked the double master suites as we invited parents/grandparents so it was great for that. Beautiful and roomy. Extra TP, linens and decent cookware.We had several maintenance requests which made for a lot of inconveniences during our stay, unfortunately. PM communicated quickly, but ideally we wouldn't have needed to make requests at all.There were crusty spills on one of the bedroom rugs when we arrived- I was scrubbing the first day of vaca. The main door was so hard to open, the smaller kids couldn't do it and we thought we got locked in the first day. This was fixed the same day we reported it. We cooked nearly all our meals in the condo. The fridge froze some of our food, so needed to be adjusted. There are no markings on the stove, so cooking was difficult because we didn't know where the high and low was for the burner. Every time we used the oven, the smoke alarm went off. It is too close to the kitchen and should be located to the other side of the bedroom instead. The kids' bathtub drained super slowly. The washing machine didn't clean our clothes even after 2 cycles so we had to do laundry in the bathtub. The door to the main balcony had problems with the latch. Getting down on the last day with all our luggage and 8 people took 45 mins- be prepared and beat the crowd.We only used the chair service one day due to lack of chair access near our tent- they take up most of the beach.

Very nice place. I was surprised the balcony didn’t really have any comfortable furniture. A table and hard back chairs. Not great for relaxing on the balcony. We actually went out and bought some camo style loungers for comfort. The dining table wasn’t big enough for entire family of 9. One just a little larger would be much nicer, especially for playing games. Beds were very comfortable. No sharp chef’s knives! Again, just surprising for a well-equipped kitchen. Maybe they were taken by previous renters….we went out and bought a couple. Easy remedy for hosts, and a griddle would be nice. Great beach -surprised at how busy it was. Very clean, which is always nice. Absolutely great breezes on the balcony. Overall a good place.

The on site water park was fuln for kids and adults. My second stay with James Mann and his condos are always on point being true to pictures and descriptions.

Such a beautiful accommodating condo! We had such a great vacation! Beds were very comfortable and we loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living space! We would definitely love to stay again.

Our family loved the condo and the views were incredible! The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping with Pier Park just a short drive away. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at Splash many times, and this room is one of my favorites. It was beautifully appointed. The bathrooms have been renovated and feel very high-end. the 21st floor views are amazing. The only con was the water heater in the bunk room closet made a dripping noise, so my kids couldn't sleep in there because they are light sleepers, but there was plenty of additional space to have them sleep, so it wasn't an issue for us. We would stay in this condo again!

The Splash Penthouse is a beautiful unit. The pictures in the listing live up to the reality. James is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. I cannot recommend them more highly for a family getaway. The only reason for the 4 star has nothing to do with the unit or host. The property maintenance was a little lacking. Garbage by the elevaors would never get cleaned up. Hot in the elevators. But one up in the unit or down by the beach, all 5 stars!!!

The property was beautiful! Some past reviews mentioned a problem with pigeons...We had none at all. The 2 balconies were great for morning coffee or tea and evenings watching the crab hunters below. We saw schools of sting rays, manta rays, and even some sharks from the balconies and windows. James was fantastic to work with and we would definitely return if we have another group of 7 or 9.
