Splash! One Bedroom Free Beach chairs

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The amenities were great, especially the splash area and beach access, which made the trip even more enjoyable for our family. The host was responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was perfect, close to everything while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area! And omg the pictures doesn’t do any justice everything looked nice and up to date with nice size tv’s in each room! :)

Splash is always the perfect place to stay! Love the property, and the host was quick and responsive. Only issue we had, which is minor, is that every slide on the dresser drawers were broken. You had to hold onto the drawers or they’d fall out. Otherwise, it was a great stay and would use Josh (host) again without question.

The person who we were to reserve the beach chairs was rude and would not let us reserve them for the entire stay. He was often not in the booth and once when we left to eat lunch someone took our chairs. The next day we were the first to get to the beach and then the lady who moved our stuff the previous day arrived. The chair guy said she had reserved for multiple days. We found that quite odd. Twice someone came pounding on the door while we were in the condo. Once was a lady in the evening and finally she gave up and walked away. The second time was a guy about 7am on Sunday. He kept pounding on the door and I watched him through the peephole. When I didn’t answer he picked up our chair which was outside the door. When I did respond he laughed out the chair back and went to his condo two doors down.

The condo was a great size for a one bedroom! We could not use the balcony like we would have liked to. The balcony which was small anyway (which was fine) was crowded due to two stacks of chairs plus 2 Adirondack chairs and small table. Plus there was tons of bird poop on the floor, rails and chairs.There was no complimentary soap etc. we bought hand and dish soap and left it for the next folks. The coffee pot was a 5 cup baby pot that did not pour out the coffee normally.. it was like the spout was crooked…very cheap! Oven was just plain nasty… had not been cleaned in a while along with the refrigerator which was dirty too! If those specific items were corrected it would be a pretty good place to rent. An overall good deep cleaning was needed!!I’m sorry for sounding so negative but the truth is the truth!

Great place to stay, clean and nicely decorated. Check in was a breeze. I recommend this condo to everyone !

Everything was great we stayed here with the kids at the splash. Decided to come with the wife with no kids.

As always, love splash. Great location!!! Away from the busy stuff. The pools/Indoor waterpark is a must for little ones!! We will continue to stay here.

The Splash Resort was amazing. The Host Josh was amazing as well. The section of the beach it is in was ideal for a family. It was very quiet and nice.

Room and stay were as advertised, great! Check in was a breeze, plenty of parking and the whole resort had so much to do for little kids! They were fully entertained with the pools, the shops and the sweets. The 11th floor ocean front was amazing! Sunsets every night and we were even lucky enough to see some dolphins in the morning. The host, Josh, was very repsonsive and helpful. The lock on the blacony door needed to be replaced and he had someone there early the next morning for the repair. 10 out of 10 for me! Will definitely stay again on a future visit!

We loved our stay. We even added an extra night! Cant wait to come back

Room was clean and comfortable for our 3 night 4 day stay. Only complaint is that the king bed wasn’t very comfortable. Kids said other beds and pull out were great. Loved the washer/dryer in the room with kids!! Will definitely rebook

We had a great time at Splash! The room was great!

Checkin was a breeze. We arrived after registration was closed so we just went down the following morning with no issues to receive parking pass and wristbands. Elevators were pretty slow especially on Saturday when everyone was getting checked in and out. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling appropriately. Text the owner to make them aware and was told to unplug it and it was probably just frozen up. It did eventually cool better but not how I would have liked it to. Cleaning had been done but to a minimum, you could clearly tell no one has went under beds/dressers in quite some time but it’s not like people normally check there. I only do to make sure we didn’t possibly drop or leave anything at check out. Overall the condo was nice, great location and the water park area was great for the kids! Bonus that the room comes with beach chairs/umbrella! We would stay again for sure!

Loved the splash pad and access to the beach.

You can't beat splash esp. with double red flags. The pools are great even into the night. The condo itself has everything you need. We slept great and communication was excellent. We will def book again.

This was a great place for 2 people to stay. We enjoyed looking at the beach in the mornings & watching the sunset also. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to enjoy themselves.
