Splash - Beachfront Family Friendly Condo With Free Beach Chair Service

this was an absolute perfect place to stay for two adults, and two children. There was plenty a room. No one felt crowded and there were also two bathrooms, which makes it very convenient. The owner or property manager stayed in contact with us. Making everything much easier.

I love the property, the views are spectacular!

Host was great only complaint was that not all amminites were available such as half of the pools were closed. And then also the cafe was closed also if all was open it would have been a 5 star.

We liked the property and unit. The unit was clean, and the property was great for our 7 year old. Communication with the manager was great and the unit had everything you could need. Would book again!

We had a great stay here. Condo was perfect for our family. Loved the perk of having beach’s chairs/umbrella reserved and not having to travel with chairs and carry chairs down to the beach daily. My kids loved the splash park as much as they did the beach. Host was quick to respond. Alvin’s island is right across the walkway by the parking garage. The Alvin’s also had an ice cream and candy shop that my kids loved. Parking was very easy here also. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place-the outdoor furniture is cheap and there is no place to store your groceries/food. Everything else was great. Location is perfect, A/C was super, lots of families for this community. Ocean was beautiful (emerald green!) Tons of restaurants to choose from, and entertainment was everywhere!

Good location, will be back

Everything was great! Very clean, plenty of room, and provided plenty of necessities. The view was amazing, The only issue I had was that bucket that dumped water was frightening for smaller kids and did get annoying because it was so loud

Condo was amazing. There was great communication with the owners through the whole process. This was our 2nd year of vacationing at Splash Resorts and we are already looking forward to next year.

We decided last minute to take a trip to PCB and stay at Splash. The condo was clean and the management was excellent. I’m big on communication and it was amazing. We will definitely be booking this unit again.

Property was great could use new mattress and box spring, couch not real comfortable and outdoor chairs uncomfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect for the three of us! If our family was a bit bigger we would still have plenty of room and not feel crowded at all! We enjoyed the water facilities and absolutely stunning views of the ocean! We were close to stores to shop at and had plenty of places to eat! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We hated to leave but definitely will be coming back!

We had a wonderful time at Splash the chair service was a great bonus, and ultimately why we went with this unit versus another. We would rent again!

Room was as advertised. The view was great. Pools where nice and clean. We had a great vacation.

Good place to stay

The condo was great. However, there was always a long wait for the elevators. Plan extra time for the elevator waits.
